Opening the back door of my Red Honda Ridgeline Truck, I throw my sports bag onto the seat, slamming the door before going around and opening the driver's door.
But as I got in and shut the door, I took a double take. Opposite from me was Paris' Dad, leaning against his Ferrari.
As I was about to pull out of my parking space, Paris came skipping her way to her Dad.
Her beautiful, blonde hair swishing left to right and a captivating smile on her face, leaving her dimples on full display and making her cat-like eyes disappear. Her perfect eye smile.
How can someone be this gorgeous?
She gave her Dad a hug and a kiss on the cheek before they both entered the expensive car.
As her Dad pulled out of the parking space, the tinted window of her side rolled down and we accidentally locked eyes. She smiled.
I swear I almost stopped breathing.
01/15/2020 - Tuesday
7:30 AM
Seoul National University, South Korea
Slipping the letter into her locker, the guy ran to his locker which was a short distance away from hers. He watched as Paris opens her locker to get some books while she talks to her friends.
But just like every other time, an unfortunate event happened, the letter falls to the floor the moment she pulled her books out from her locker.
Neither she nor her friends noticed the poor letter as they were busy exchanging stories and laughing.
"NO!" he hissed against his locker, harshly grabbing his books. But his anger only lasted for a few moments, he managed to sigh in admiration.
The smile on his face can't be helped the moment Paris laughed at her friend's statement. He chuckled bitterly, shutting his eyes tightly in frustration.
"What a goddess..." He sighs staring at Paris' giggling figure, before he regains his memory about his letter that lies on the floor, now looking like trash.
He thought about dashing to the letter to grab it before anyone else sees it, but he was seconds too late when the Janitor walks towards it.
He grits his teeth when his love letter was swept off the floor by the Janitor. There were already uncountable times that his letter never reached Paris.
Eventually, he agrees that he has to keep trying even if it seemed hopeless.
