As she was about to walk out of the lecture hall, she stumbled back once she was met with someone, blocking the exit. She was shocked to see Jungkook, "Ex-- excuse me." She stammered, avoiding his eyes. "Did I do something wrong, Noona?" He stood firm. "Huh?" She looked everywhere else but him. "You distanced yourself from me. What did I do wrong?"

"You did nothing wrong." She finally looked straight into his eyes. "Then why have you been avoiding me?" He frowned. "It's not like we're a couple, Jungkook. I can avoid you all I want." She stated sternly. "I know. But at least tell me the reason." He leaned against the door frame. "I just don't see the need to talk to you anymore." She made up an excuse. "You're not making sense, Janie. I want to know the real rea--"

"I'm disappointed!..." She exclaimed, "I'm disappointed, Jungkook. I expected too much from you. I expected TOO SOON. I don't blame you, it's not your fault. It's mine. I expected it to be you... but it wasn't." She continued with a sigh. "Expected me to be what?" He tilted his head. "Those sweet letters. The sweet words which made my heart flutter. The 'J' guy, I expected it to be you-- I wanted it to be you but it wasn't." She let out a shaky breath.

"So you received letters?" He asked and she replied with a nod. "Why exactly did you expect-- want it to be me?" He asked, although he understood clearly. "Because I like you, Jungkook. I like you." She stated truthfully, "But you don't feel the same way. I know that now." She looked down and shuffled her feet. "Who says I don't?"
