Chapter 9, Protecting

Y/N POV

Katara "Aang, i need some help!"

oh hi there, been a while, so let me catch you up, we are going through the serpents pass, Sokka and Suki are... a thing... i think... anyway, we are leading some refugees through since all their stuff was stolen, and Aang, being Aang, said he would lead them through, i think your caught up now so, on with the story

The GAang + the refugees were walking in the little air pod thing, when the serpent wrecks it and go up onto the island

Katara: "Come on! Everyone across!"

Eventually it was just me Toph

Sokka:"Come Y/N!"

Y/N: "I'm coming I'm coming ok!"

I stepped onto the ice and immediately noticed the I couldn't see, so I started to run as fast as I could across so I could get to land, when i could see i stopped quickly to stop my self from running into Suki

Y/NZ: "Sorry"

Suki: "its ok"

Sokka: "Toph come on! its just ice!"

Toph: "No thanks, I'm gonna stay on my little island where I can see"

the serpent then takes out half the island

Toph: "okay I'm coming"

she was about halfway the serpent destroyed the ice bridge"

Toph: "Help! I cant swim!"

Y/N "I'm Coming Toph!"

i then jumped off the ledge into the water and swam as fast as i could to where she was last (remember, you were not always blind so you know how to swim) i eventually got to her when~ (personality switch to Purotekutā, the protective one)

Purotekutā POV

I got to Toph and grabbed her, then slowly started swimming back

when i got back some strange people started coming towards me and Toph

Purotekutā: "Кто ты! держись от меня подальше!"

Katara: "Y/N? Are you okay?"

Purotekutā: "я сказал держись подальше!"

Then I bended a wall and hit them away, then bended me and Toph away from them all

Toph: "Y/N, calm down"

i stopped and let her go

Purotekutā: "ты в порядке?"

Toph: "I'm fine, ok"

Purotekutā: "но ты мог утонуть!"

Toph leaned forward

Toph: "I'm here for you"

Y/N POV

Y/N: "are you sure your okay?"

Toph: "yes Y/N, I'm fine, now we should probably headback"

Y/N: "oh, right, yeah probably should, but please don't scare me like that again"

Toph: "I promise you that I won't"

Toph walked closer, until we were only millimeters apart, with the tips of our noses touching, when she turned her head and leaned in, I did the same, and we kissed, this one was different than the others, they were when she thought she had lost me, and when we were dying from dehydration, this was a real one, kissing for the sake of kissing,
