I spent the rest of my days left in Korea by purchasing anything BTS-related from their albums to their fan magazines. I found out his name. And it wasn't Sorn who told me.

The minute we left the broadcasting company, hordes of fan girls were waiting outside waiting for BTS. I saw a girl with bleached hair and pink ear mufflers holding up a picture of him and was screaming as if her life depended on it. I walked up to her, thinking how to ask her to tell me the name of the guy I just claimed to be my soulmate.

"Excuse me." The girl stopped screaming and froze when I spoke to her in English. She started waving her arms signalling that she doesn't understand what I'm saying.

"Uh, anyong!" I greeted her awkwardly and nodded my head in respect to her. She returned the gesture and started to look around her nervously.

"I...no English! Sorry!" She bowed again.

"It's okay, it's okay!" I quickly said and pointed to the picture she's holding.

"His name..." I went wild with the hand gestures again and she quickly understood what I was asking her.

"Jeon Jungkook." The girl told me, smiling.

Jungkook.

"Jungkook...? Kamsa Hamida!" I told her my thanks and ran off to find Sorn and the rest of my group.

We only stayed for two weeks in Korea and before I knew it, I was on my flight back home.

"And I thought I'm a Korean freak. Look at you; you brought home an extra bag full of BTS stuff!" Sorn tried to get on my case when we touched down at Thailand airport.

Sorn knew about my feelings towards Jungkook. She only said that I got bitten by the Korean love bug and the infatuation will go away soon enough.

"I'm sure thousands of other girls feel the same way as you do Lisa."

"But it's not true! You know I'm not that kind of person. I've never been that interested in any celebrity ever in my life! Hell, even in a normal guy." I explained to her for the thousandth time in the taxi. She just rolled her eyes and that's the end of our conversation on the matter for a long while.

Over the course of the next six months, I have taken up Korean classes. Yes, I've gone beyond any normal fan should've gone. I learned his language so that I could communicate with him. I disregarded the fact that the probability of me meeting him in the future is nearly zero.

One day over lunch, I told Sorn about my plan in our rented flat. Her first reaction was dropping the bottle of juice she was about to drink and I saw her eyes almost rolled up to the back of her head.

"Excuse me, WHAT?" She swayed a bit in her seat. I should've chosen a better time. I forgot that she pulled an all-nighter last night writing a paper on the status of women in renaissance literature.

"I'm going to put my studies on hold and go to Korea, to find Jeon Jungkook." I calmly repeated what I just told her.

I saw her grip the edge of the table and said in a calm voice, "Let's say I'm all for this...what are you going to do when you get to Korea?"

"I'm going to his agency and request that I would like to meet him."

"ARE YOU FREAKING NUTS?! YOU'RE GOING TO PUT YOUR STUDIES ON HOLD? WHAT ABOUT YOUR PARENTS? THEY'RE GOING TO KILL YOU! OH MY GOD-

"Look, I know it sounds crazy but I've been thinking for a long time and I really need to make sure that he's the one. You think I believe in this love at first sight shit?" I frantically explained it to her. At that point, I was desperate to make my best friend understand.

"Did you get the swine flu or something? You stopped talking about it after our conversation in the taxi months ago so I just assumed that it was some celebrity crush but to actually put your studies on hold?!" Sorn's knuckles are turning white from gripping the table so hard.

"Then what did you think I took up Korean for?!" Now I started screaming at her.

"I don't know...maybe you wanted to learn another language or something. I don't know!" She got up from her seat and I got off from mine and from there on, we just started screaming at each other.

Sorn threatened to call my parents which made me panicked so I was forced to do my own blackmail.

"I'll tell everyone that we know that you were the one who poured ink all over Yuqi's wedding dress." During Sorn's friend's wedding two years ago, she was angry that her close friend decided to marry Sorn's ex. Apparently she still had feelings for her now brother-in-law at that time. Even though she got over it, it remained a touchy subject for her.

"You wouldn't." She gritted her teeth, her eyes a bit wild.

"I wouldn't if you won't call up my parents." I said, grinning at her.

She threw her arms up in the air and stomped off to our small living room. She flopped herself on our old green couch and silently fumed.

I followed her and sat beside her on the couch. A few minutes passed by as we sat in silence.

"Your plan is crap by the way." Sorn murmured.

I was glad that she actually said something and waited for her to say some more.

"If you really think you're going to succeed by just walking up to them and request you would like to see Jungkook, you must be dreaming! Tons of fan girls would've pulled that if it was that easy!" Sorn turned to me and told me her thoughts on my plan.

I knew it wasn't the most flawless plan ever but I didn't really think it thoroughly. My mind was set to just see him. If my first plan fails, I was ready to take some desperate measures.

"Your first plan sucks and the ratio of it succeeding are a million to zero. What are you prepared to do so that you can meet him?" Sorn asked me. She looked quite serious and I'm starting to think that she was taking me seriously.

"I've considered kidnapping and infiltration."
