I am not a medical professional in any way shape or form and I can't give away perfect advise. This book includes ways to take your mind off things, quotes that'll make you happy and a place where you can ask for advice from both me and others (you can, of course, private message people if you don't want to share publicly).

I created it because I have seen how bad people's mental health can get and I want to reach out to those of you asking for help. And no, I may not give out advice, but I will listen (advice will be given when appropriate but, again, I am not medically trained so please don't rely heavily on my words).

Life can get bad and everyone goes through some sort of trauma during it. You don't have to share your trauma or problems and you don't have to be currently feeling sad to read this book.
