In Exchange

Jimin made a muffled sound as he was tied to post so tightly and his mouth was covered with duct tape.

In front of him was Jennie's father, he stood in front of Jimin as he pointed the gun at him.

"You really should've understood my signal before, to stay away from my daughter." Jennie's father told him

Jimin, struggled with all his might.

One of the bodyguards of Jennie's father removed the duct tape from Jimin's mouth harshly.

"Y-You can't do this to me." Jimin was finally able to speak out.

"Mr. Kim, we can't prolong it any longer. Since we weren't able to catch your daughter, we'll better kill him now." One of his bodyguards told him.

Jennie's father pulled the trigger.

Then he got shot on the stomach

Jimin groaned in pain, his stomach bleed heavily.

"This is your lesson young boy, but I would like to shoot you in the head to make it more exciting." Jennie's father smirked as he was now about to headshot him but then...

"No DAD!.... STOP." Jennie finally arrived at the scene.

She was behind her father.

Her father turned around and looked at her.

Jennie bursted into tears.

"Don't kill him.... In exchange.... I will not defy any missions you'll give me. I'll follow where you go. I'll follow what you'll tell me to do." She spoke as it was now harder to breath due to her tears.

"Very well you've finally decided. But you see..... there's something missing... You need to promise me one thing." Her father said

"In exchange... I won't see him again."

"Very good."

"Just let me see him one last time." Jennie smiled bitterly.

She then ran towards Jimin whose stomach was now covered  fully with blood.

She held his face and caressed his chubby cheeks.

"These chubby cheeks that I can't get enough. Your eyesmile that makes my heart pound. I'll surely miss all of it." She felt a lump in her throat

"J-Jennie... D-Don't listen to him. T-think about the future that you w-want.." Jimin struggled to speak.

Jennie cried and pulled him to an embrace.

"Enough of the drama. Daughter, we need to leave now."

Jennie let go of Jimin's unconscious body.

She was left with no choice.

And so she followed her father.

They all left the warehouse.

A few minutes later...

Lisa and the others finally arrived.

" Call 911 for emergency! "Hoseok yelled at Yoon Gi.

Yoon Gi dialed.

" Hello we're in Shinggu warehouse right now, I'll send you the map."Yoon Gi spoke on the phone.

" Where is Jennie?... And her father? "Lisa looked around.

"It seems like they have left before we could arrive here." Jisoo said.

"This is bad. You know how hard it is to locate the main house of the Kim Mafia Family."One of the police officers said.

"Let's worry about that later. Let's first send my friend to the hospital."

FASTFORWARD>>>

After Jimin was sent to the emergency room, admitted and defibrillated.

He was now sleeping peacefully in his hospital bed.

"I can't believe this happened to him." Jisoo said as she bit her nails.

"It's all of my fault. If I hadn't chased after that ball, I could've protected him." Hoseok grunged his hair as he sat down on the guest's couch beside Lisa.

"And how come Jennie was not there when we arrived?" Yoon Gi said crossing his arms.

"Man, I can't believe this is happening to all of us." Hoseok said sadly.

Lisa leaned her head on his shoulder.

"Come on Hoseok, it's no one's fault okay? Jimin will be fine soon." Lisa said

"I hope things will finally become right." Jisoo said

"Guys.. All we have to do is to catch Jennie's father and make him suffer the consequences. I'll be willing to take up this case." Yoon Gi said

"It's not so easy.. But you are right Yoon Gi.. Let us work together in this case." Lisa said

"So we need to plan and strategize everything." Jisoo said.

"For now, let's just wait till Jimin wakes up guys." Hoseok said

Get well soon Chim.... we'll take care of everything, I promise....Hoseok thought
