Hello! :) Just wanted to say you're loved very much and if you ever feel alone please feel free to message me! Love you!

IWAIZUMI'S POV

After practice, I took Oikawa into town for some dinner. He insisted on going somewhere healthy so we just swung by Subway and decided to walk around after. It was dusk so all of the beautiful street lights were out. Twinkling fairy lights strung above our heads and lanterns lining the street. We decided to take some of the more scenic alleyways in Tokyo. instead of walking past all the big department stores. A lot of the shops we passed were family-owned or local businesses. I glanced over at Oikawa, his hair bouncing ever so slightly, just like it used to. It had been about four years since I had seen Oikawa. I thought about him often but I never had time to get in contact with him. Hell, I barely had time to contact my own mother. My studies took up all of my time. I emerged from my thoughts, glancing over at Oikawa again. I looked over his face, a neutral expression painted across it. He was looking at the ground, off in some little reality of his own. His eyes didn't shine. Why didn't they shine? I placed my hand on his arm, a worried tone creeping into my voice, "You Oikawa, Shittykawa??"

"Oh yeah sorry..." He snapped out of it, still no sparkle in his eyes, "Just thinking."

He looked up at me. The second his eyes met with mine they erupted into a burst of twinkles and sparkles. They were beautiful, the dark chocolate colors being perfectly complimented but the pale yellow twinkles of the soft lights surrounding us. His skin glistened, but not as much as it used to. His hair was a little more unkempt, too. He really was in a bad place, but somehow he was as beautiful as ever. "You alright, Shittykawa?"

"Huh?" he asked, snapping back into reality. His big brown eyes met with mine, their gaze ever so enchanting, "Yeah sorry just... spaced out I guess."

"Okay." I simply replied, "Wanna head to the stationery shop down here? It was your favorite when we visited Tokyo in high school."

"Sure." He replied, a not so genuine smile painted across his face, "Do you remember all of my favorites from high school Iwa-Chan?"

"Most of them.." I squeaked out, rubbing the back of my neck in embarrassment. I had forgotten how melodic Oikawa's voice was. It sounded like a choir of overly confident angels, only....that overconfidence wasn't so present anymore. He had grown softer, more vulnerable. I felt the need to protect him. I didn't dare look up at him, although I felt his gaze on me with a little snicker. "But I told you not to call me that."

"Awe but Iwa-Chan is such a cute nickname!!" The brunet exclaimed.

"No, it's not." I simply replied, "It's far too loving."

"What's wrong with a loving nickname between two friends?" He asked, his eyebrows scrunching together and a pout making its way to his soft, baby pink lips. Wait... what? Did I just.....think of his lips as soft and baby pink? No no, I just heard my own thoughts wrong...yeah that's it.

"I already told you," I quickly formed a rebuttal, "The Aliens will think we are dating."
