Love Rained

Chapter 3

                   ~ Liam's P.O.V

When I got to school, every student kept on staring at me like they always do and there comes my ex-girl friend that still wants to be with me after she broke up with me.
'Hey boy' she said in her seducing voice.
But I passed her without saying a word
Every student in the passage and also in front of their locker turned and laughed but when she glared at each and everyone of them, they all turned and closed their locker and left.

The bell rang and I'm here again in this man's class but before he could say anything I left because I couldn't stay in his boring class.

I called out my two friends "August and blue" they were my childhood friend, they were rich like me also and we do things together we are also of the same height which is 6'2ft tall.

We both left the school premises immediately after saying our goodbyes and also telling them to meet me at my house later today and they both agreed at what I said.

I went straight to my dad's office because he told me to come see him
When I got there,yeah my dad owns the best and biggest company in Canada.

When I got there I didn't even knock, I just swung his office door open and stood there without greeting him before he told me to come take my seat but I didn't answer because I couldn't resist the anger in me.

Why did you call me here I said to him".
"Then he said he wanted to talk to me about something.
"Please don't tell me is about your business because you're getting old 'I'm not interested' I said to my dad.
N-No he said
No? I repeated

Um. "Your mom called that was what he said
And immediately I was calm, the last time I spoke with my mom was when I was 10 years old, she never called me, my dad kept her away from me and that made me so mad at my dad ever since but now she called.

She wants you to come stay with her for two weeks...
I didn't let him speak by saying "in Nigeria"?
And he said "yes"
"Will you let me go to her? And he said yes but just for two weeks and you'll come back here.

I was so happy at what he said, I have never been to Nigeria before and now I'm going to Nigeria?...wow! I didn't show how happy I was infront of my dad instead I frowned and told him that I was going to think about it and he said okay son "I will see you at home"
Immediately I stood up and went downstairs to where my car was parked and my driver opened the back door as usual and we made our way back home.

                    ~Kacy's P.O.V

I sat down on the chair next to my mum and remembered what the doctor said to me.

~ I'm sorry Kacy but your mother won't be able to stay here for long
She has just 2 months or less
Oh really, so she can go back home with me?,I asked the doctor
But he said No, she has two months or less to live.

I couldn't stop thinking about what he said,
I cleaned the little tears that rolled down my cheeks.
Before facing my mom who was asleep.
Now it was 4:00pm in the afternoon,I had nothing to do so I went outside to get something to eat because I was so hungry.
On my way out, I met my best friends "bidemi and diana".
Bidemi was a Yoruba girl and Diana was an igbo girl.
Nigeria is divided into 3 ethnic groups with different languages which was the Yoruba's, igbo's and the Hausa's but Nigeria official language is English language.
And that makes me bilingual because I could speak two languages.

I rushed to them and hugged both of them and they were both happy to see me.

How is your mum doing bidemi asked but I couldn't resist the tears, I cried out loud and they both hugged me tight.

"Talk to us", Diana said
"She is going to".... (before I could answer,everything went black).
