The Nanny Affair

Chapter Two

The alarm goes off and Berry quickly rolls over and shuts it off with her eyes closed. It's 6:00am already. She rolls out of bed slowly and heads towards the bathroom to get freshened up. She comes out of the shower with her towel on and skin all wet. She sits on the edge of the bed and daydreams for a brief moment before hustling to get dressed and go and make breakfast for the boys.
She enters the kitchen and starts making breakfast. She is preparing eggs and waffles for the boys and a fresh pot of coffee is being brewed in the coffee maker. She is then startled by the presence of Mr.Scott. He enters the kitchen from behind her and he grabs a coffee cup and starts pouring himself some coffee and expresses Goodmorning to Berry. She responds in a soft tone Goodmorning. He then asks her "how does she like her coffee ?." She replies "dark with two sugars and a little cream." He does just that and hands her the cup of coffee. They engage in small talk and she keeps calling him Mr.Scott when he suddenly told her to stop calling him Mr.Scott and call him Sam.
She gives a light smile and agreed to call him Sam. She continues to plate the breakfast when she takes a slight peep in the corner of her eyes and see Sam looking gleamingly at her. Both of their eyes caught in a net and they stare at each for a moment. Just then the boys burst into the kitchen and breaks the connection. Immediately Sam turned his attention to his boys and finished his breakfast and headed out to get dressed for work. He left Berry and the boys at the table having breakfast.
She sits in awe as she reflects back on what happened in the kitchen this morning. She starts feeling some sort of attraction for Sam. But she tries to ignore it and focus on her job at hand. Which is to be the best nanny she can be. With breakfast finished she hurries the boys to get ready to go to the park and she ventures to clean up after breakfast.
She is cleaning the dishes when Sam passes and says "He is leaving out for work now!, and mister Gadrington will take them wherever they want to go today. And have a good day". Berry watches as leaves through the door. She admires his body figure and his personality.
Soon after Sam leaves she and the boys head out to the vehicle to get to park and have some fun for the day with the boys.
At the park the boys had so much fun and she gave them a treat of an ice cream. They decided to head on back home after it started to get dark.
They returned home and Berry asked the boys to go and freshen up while she prepared dinner. She decides to make hamburgers.
The boys returned shortly after and sat and enjoyed their dinner soo much. It's one of their favourite meals.
Just then the door bell rings and she opens the door thinking it's Sam only to find it's a strange lady she have never seen before and asks her who she is. The lady replies, " She is Sofia, Mr.Scotts fiancé." Sofia then threw her coat at Berry and asks her to put it away. Since she is the new Help. Berry replies "I am not the help!. I am the new nanny!". Berry angrily closes the door behind her entry and hangs the coat.
Berry then asks the boys to head on out to their rooms and brush their teeth and head to bed.
Just then Sam comes home only to find Sofia present in the house. His face dropped.
They both sat at the table in discussion. Berry eves drop on their conversation. And over heard Sam say his parents will be upset with the way the engagement was announced over the tabloids this morning. Sofia rattles that he has no need to worry, everything is going to be fine. She also told Sam that she will be staying in town now since they are now officially engaged. Sofia leaves shortly there after the conversation and Sam heads to his room and slams his door in anguish.
Berry cleans the kitchen and heads off to bed as well. Shortly after, she hears a knock on her room door. She opens only to find Sam in front the doorway with face all dropped and apologizes for what happened earlier this evening with Sofia. Berry welcomes Sam inside her room and told Sam that she accepts his apology.
Then suddenly she looks into Sams eyes and feel him drawing her in with his look. He then ventures over to get close to her and gave her a hug. Sam uttered in Berrys ear "I'm so happy that you are here!." They hug for a few minutes and she can feel his warmth and and his nice soft chest against hers. He then lifts his head and their eyes connect and they breath in each other's breath. Going in closer, Sam cups Berrys chin softly and leans in for a kiss. Their lips interlock and their tongues in soft battle with each other. Sams hand smoothly runs down Berrys back. And she is enjoying every moment of it. But then she slightly pulls back after a moment had passed and things were getting to heated.
Sam looked at her apologetically and apologized for pushing in so soon and fast on her. She then told Sam that it was okay.
Sam left the room and went to bed. Berry went to bed as well but couldn't sleep. She reminisced on what happened.
