THE NEW KID

CHAPTER ONE

Hi, I'm Hayes I go to Davidson Day school.  I am in eight grade and I am fourteen. 

HAYES P.O.V.

"Mom! Do we seriously have to move?!"  I said in anger.   "Hayes, your dad got a new job and its just better for us.."  My mom said.  "But mom what about Taylor!  I cant leave her!" I said.  Taylor was my girlfriend, we've been dating for the fast five months.  I cant believe my mom is making me leave.  I don't know how I am going to tell Taylor the news.  To Taylor:  "Hey, we have to talk meet me at the park in five.."  From Taylor:  "Kk, see you soon love,"  I started walking to the park thinking of the ways to start telling her.  Maybe I should just flat out tell her.  She's going to to be devastated.  Its been five minutes and I saw a tan blonde hair thin girl walking towards me.  I got up off the swing and walked over to her.  "Hey babe!" She said all perky.  "hey.." I said all sad.  "Um I don't know how to say this.." I said.  "Just tell me Hayes its okay" She said.  "Tay I'm moving to California.." I said tearing up.  I know its not Manley but I really liked Taylor.  "What!! Hayes I don't want you to move!"  She shouted.  She started crying and so did I.  I cant believe I'm moving it makes me so mad.  But who knows I might meet someone else.  I know it too early to be even thinking about a relationship.   "Tay Cali is a long ways away and I don't think we should do long distance.." I said.  "I agree.  But I will always love you and you know that."  She said and she started bawling.  I pulled her into my chest and let her cry into me.  I gave her a peck on the lips and tolled her I have to leave tomorrow and that I got a short notice and was sad I couldn't stay with her because I had to pack.  "Bye Tay I will never forget you." I stated.  "Bye hayes," She said And with that she was gone.  I walked home in silence and ran up to my room and started packing.
