I continued to see this woman on a daily basis, getting some treats from her, and many pets and strokes all over my body. It always felt nice when she began to pamper me, but she always had to leave in the end.

I attempted to always follow after her but of course, I would be picked up and taken to the back where the owner gave me attention being how not many other people came to the shop.

But this time, oh not this time. She had come in as per usual, and noticed me of course jumping down from the cat tower before making a hasty pace towards her. She had bent down like she usually does and reached to me. I instantly rubbed my hand and cheeks on her outstretched hand, a soft rumble of noise came from me as I felt content. Before she stood back up, I had jumped skillfully onto her back.

She seemed surprised by this but still tried to keep me steady as she stood back upright again. I had readjusted myself to be more comfy and ensure I would be safe from any fall. She calmly took her order before she turned, but she stilled again. Then she turned back to the owner.

"You said on your sign outside that if we wanted, we could adopt a cat from here. Right?"

"Yes ma'am! Our company is partnered with shelters and breeders across the nation to ensure adoptions of pets who have lower rates of being adopted or loved. So we, animal cafe's bring these animals into our care and hope that someone can also give them move and even more support!"

"You see, I'm interested in this one, on my shoulders. Can I take them?"

"Of course, I would hate to see this one go, but they are finnaly getting adopted! I'll go get a crate for you."

The man walked into the back again and then came back with a carrier. I did'nt mind when he put me in these things, besides, it was dark and cozy. So I stepped in and he closed the gate behind me.

I felt the crate being lifted. And I heard the sounds of the city. I was coming to a new home.
