Chapter 13

Oh god I haven't updated this for like 2 weeks 😂 I've been focusing on my Jordi fanfiction and kinda might have forgotten about this one 😂 sozza x

It was the day of Charlies rugby tournament today and I was going to watch it with Bo after school. I was really excited.

"Have you seen him play before?" Bo asked me in English.

"I've seen a little bit like if I was walking past and they were playing. But I've never taken much notice. Is he good?" I asked.

"Yeah. He's really good. But I'd watch out, there's quite a few girls who come and watch who have their eye on him." Bo explained.

"Oh god, not more girls. We had our first argument the other day because there were other girls messaging him being super flirty so I had to tell him to delete all their numbers." I said, sighing.

"Really? I guess it's a good thing he wasn't messaging them back in that way." Bo replied.

"Yeah, if he was I'd be even more fuming." I said.

The day went pretty quickly and when the final bell went, me and Bo went to the field to watch the game. We sat on a hill and saw the boys warming up. I could see Charlie.

Oh my god, he looked so good in his rugby t-shirt.

He glanced over at me and then said something to one of the boys and came running over.

"Mil!" He said, sitting down next to me and giving me a hug.

"Charlie! How's it going? Are you ready for the game?" I asked him, holding his hand.

"It's going well. We're super prepared and I'm pretty confident we could win this. How are you?" He asked.

"I'm good. Me and Bo will be cheering you on shouting 'COME ON CHARLIE!'" I said, laughing.

"Oh my god, you should aswell. I've got to go now but I love you lots and I'll see you after the game." Charlie replied, kissing me.

"I love you too. Good luck!" I said, waving to him as he ran back to the field.

"You two are so cute." Bo said, smiling.

I just smiled back.

Soon the game started and Charlie was amazing. I knew he liked rugby and he played for the school's team but he was even better than I could imagine. Me and Bo cheered him on and he'd occasionally look over and wink at me, making me blush a little. I could feel the other girls eyes staring me up and down. Well they can piss off because Charlies mine 😏.

When the game finished, me and Bo got off the hill and Charlie came running up to me and gave me a hug.

"You were so good!" I said to him.

He didn't let go so we were hugging for a while.

"Thank you! It was a really good game. I'm glad you came." He replied, smiling at me.

Oh my gosh his smile is perfection.

Shut up Mil, he's your boyfriend.

"You're sweaty!" I said, giggling at him.

"Oh I'm sorry! Come here and give me a cuddleeee!" Charlie replied, laughing.

He squeezed me tight and cuddled me.

"I love you, even if you are sweaty." I replied.

"Yep, course ya do! Smell mehhh! SMELL MEH!" Charlie said, making me smell his armpit.

"CHARLIE!" I said, laughing and squirming away.

"MIL, SMELL MEH!" He replied, laughing, and holding me towards his armpit.

"YOU STINK CHARLIE! Go have a shower and then I'll smell you!" I replied, cracking up laughing.

"Oooh saucy..." He said, smirking at me.

"Shut up and have a shower." I said, pushing him away and laughing at him.

"Okay, okay! I'll see you in a bit." He replied, kissing me.

"Yeah, I'll meet you here." I said, waving to him.

He ran over to the other boys and they went into the gym.

"That was adorable!" Bo said, walking up to me.

I just laughed.

I looked around and there were a bunch of popular girls who had clearly been watching me and Charlie.

Bitches.

Me and Bo looked at them and they gave us evil stares. One of them started walking up to me.

Oh god.

Please don't hurt me.

Why do I have to always be so nervous around people

I'm scared.

"Are you going out with Charlie Lenehan?" One of them asked me.

"Um...yes." I replied, trying to sound confident.

"Oh. Really?" They asked again.

Yep, I'm just as surprised as you are.

"Yeah." I replied, wondering why she wasn't leaving.

"He's really hot. I think I would probably be with him now if it wasn't for... you." She said.

Whaaaa? Did she seriously just say that to my face?

"Excuse me? Millie's his girlfriend!" Bo said, stepping in.

"I know, he's kinda my boyfriend." I told the girl.

"Alright well be careful. A lot of girls like him." She said, swishing away.

I saw swish because it was more than a walk and she looked really swishy whilst walking.

Suddenly I noticed Charlie walking up to me. He'd got changed into black skinny jeans and a t-shirt and he looked amazing.

"Hey babe, what did that girl want?" He asked, taking my hand.

"Oh. Um...nothing really." I lied.

"She was being a right bitch." Bo added.

"What was she saying?" Charlie asked, a slighty worried look on his face.

"That you were hot and she would be going out with you if it wasn't for Millie. Then said loads of girls liked you." Bo told him.

"It's nothing, don't worry." I added.

"It is Mil, I'm not having people speaking to you like that!" Charlie said, taking my hand and walking over to the girls.

"No, Charlie!" I said, my hands shaking.

"It's going to be okay. I promise." He said, giving me a reassuring kiss.

He walked over to the girls and they looked at him and smiled and then gave me a dirty look.

"What the hell have you been saying to Millie?" Charlie asked them, seeming quite angry.

"Just stuff. Like how you would probably be dating me if it wasn't for Millie." The girl said.

"What the f*ck? I would never go out with someone like you! You're disgusting! Leave me and Millie alone." He said, walking away.

"Charlie..." I sighed.

"I love you Millie. Ignore that twat." Charlie said.

"I love you too." I replied, leaning in and kissing him.
