Canada's horror story-

The three little demons, they were a group of friends you could say. One the tallest, outgoing. And always ready to take the lead, the second one a little more quiet. But was smarter, knew there stuff and just liked being around there friends.. Now the last one didn't talk much, kinda just going along. Only talking at really.. Odd times, not creepy. Just saying one of that didn't seem to fit, usually just a dark morbid joke. Some would find funny but usually just kinda sad, but they didn't want to leave them out- so they just kept them in there little group.. Now one day the outgoing one said they should go camping, the middle quietly agreed with excitement. The silent one just nodded, and so they would start to gather there camping stuff. Sleeping bag's, tents, marshmallows and whatever else you would need. And so they would set off, walking down a hiking trail for a few hours till it was about sunset. The middle would ask to rest here for the night and the outgoing one agreed, helping setting up stuff. Asking the silent demon if they needed any help, yet they would shake there head no. So the outgoing one shrugged and finished setting up everything, and so would the silent one. the outgoing one would take out a bag of marshmallows and hotdogs, wondering which ones to eat first

"Hey guys hot dogs are
marshmallows? Wanna save one of em
for later"
The outgoing demon asked happily, with his demon tail wagging

"Marshmallows!! Always super yummy"
The slightly quiet but happy demon asked

"Why not have both right now. At least when we die out here it'll be with a full stomach.."
The silent one quietly chucked like she was gonna murder the both, but the two would just stay silent for a moment before more quietly deciding that it would be marshmallows. Roasting them by the fire happily next to each other, while the silent one was just on the opposite side. Putting the tip of a dry branch into the warm fire, soon it was time to sleep now. So they crawled into there own little tents and slept,, waking up in the morning the outgoing one stepped out of the tent, it had gotten a lot colder then he last remembered.. But he shrugged, maybe it was because they were up a mountain. But he didn't say anything. Just looking over at the clouds while the shy one woke up, yawning and stretching before shivering.

"Man,, was it always this cold?"
The shy demon asked, poking at the fire to see if it was still warm. And that was a firm no, finally the silent one stepping out of there tent. Seeming to have no reaction to how or dropped in heat, just hugging themselves a bit. The out going demon shrugged and started to take everything down to get going
"Eh, it'll probably get better, let's just get going for now"
And so they did. Grabbing all there stuff and deconstructing the little half burnt camp fire, soon starting off on there travels. But the cold had gotten worse, and they were severely not ready for any kind of cold. The at most having a sweatshirt, but only three silent demon brought that. The other two demons being in T-shirts and mainly shorts, but they would quickly continue before a fhat snowflake landed right in front of the silent demon. Making a unhappy grunt noise as it ment it might snow, the other two where however more concerned. The cloudless sky now was almost completely covered in dark greyish black clouds, so they would pull out the little lanterns they brung along. It was kinda fun to, also it was warm and nice to keep close to your chest. Now they continued with more confidence, yet it started to get darker.. And darker, but it was only the middle of the day. The middle one started to shiver as the snow was about an inch now, not having a sweatshirt or a big body. They'd ask for the large demon if they could piggyback ride, and the large demon complyed. He was starting to get cold himself, and the silent demon? Well they didn't say anything, just hugging the warm lamp closely as they would shiver and watch the snow storm slowly inclose on them... But they would need to get over the side of his mountain by tonight, so the silent demon kept there mouth shut and continued. Soon it was around to there ankles, all the demons collectively didn't like this. The shy demon hugging the outgoing one a little tighter with lamp in between, but after some time the large demon got tired of the shy demon piggy back riding. And so would ask them to get off, the shy demon. Being thankful and nice, got off and would shiver, there little demon claws curling in there shoes as they felt some snow get into them. Now around up to there legs, the three demons trudged. All cold from the snow and scared about how they could barely see each other, the snow that came raining down. Only seeing the faint blur that was each others lamp lights, there toes and fingers. Even tails starting to go completely numb with a burning cold feeling. There noses and cheeks red from his cold, at one point.. The large demon slipped.. Falling falling.. Down the mountain till there lantern could be seen no more. Where did he fall down too? They'll never know, not even being able to mourn as they would continue on there walking. The snow upto there high thighs it was becoming extremely hard to walk in, the shy one pushing forward till falling limp. Exhausted.. Cold.. They would just collapse in submission to the harsh storm, the silent one would just look for a moment. Rubbing the shy ones cheek in some sort of sorrow before starting there walk alone, there mind.. Drawing a blank in thinking, only having the drive to push forward and make it. Not to fall and submit to the cold of the storm, raising their lantern high as they walked. Her hands.. Feet and tail now starting to really hurt, their feet felt like bags of rocks with sharp ones poking. Her fingers and little claws wanting to curl up in warmth. But there was none, her tail now limp laying against the snow. There body was starting to give out, but they couldn't. They wouldn't let it, yet it was already doing so. One leg starting to buckle under them after another, until they we're kneeling against the ground. Falling to there side, curling up slowly, they had never noticed.. But they felt.. So.. Tired... And warm here... They tried to move. But they couldn't.. They were to cold, trying to keep there eyes open but it didn't do anything. The cold rapping around them tightly like a snake of freezing death. Soon they would give in.., closing there eyes slowly as the lantern went out..

"And that's why if you ever see three little bright lights at the top of a mountain you should get the firewood you can and as many blankets.. Hurry up and get inside before the storm comes"
