Chapter 2

Y/ns pov

I sigh in fruaghstration as i scribble and crumple up another piece of paper "hey y/n can i come in?" I hear my brother jp out the door say "come in.." i lazily say as i plop my face onto my desk "hey y/n im back from school can we go to the creek now?" Jp asks excitedly "but we just went yesterday.." i say tiredly "but you promised to come again tommorow!" He says pouting "i never promised anything" i say crossing my arms "well..what about the elders?" He says smiling "what elders?" I asks confused "you said you'd nerrate for their game today!" He says waving his arms around "oh crap,i forgot!" I say quickly getting up and putting on my hoodie then grabbing jp and running to the creek "woah y/n slow down—hey watch out!" Jp says pointing to a rock "eek!" Y/n holds jp close so he wouldnt get hurt from the impact after getting hurt "a-ah!" Y/n groans "are you okay?!" Jp says quickly getting out of y/n's arms "should i call an ambulance?!" He asks hyperventilating "n-no im fine" i say rubbing my injured arm "uhheehhh—" he starts hyperventilating more "jp im FINE" I say patting his head and continue walking to the 'elder rock' 

"She's not coming,as expected so lets continue with ME voicing as the narrator" the guy with glasses from yesterday says cockily "actually,im here" i say peaking thru the rock "see!i knew she would come!" David says happily "hey your here!come in!" Barry says getting up from his chair "alright but..how?" I say trying to fit thru the rock but i have clausterphobia so i kind of hesitated "like this" the guy with glasses says pulling my waist down making me fit thru but also blush madly cuase i have never been touched there by a boy before and i was guessing it would feel rough and hard but he has actually soft and gentle "now that you're in you imeadietly have to start narrating,we have a scedule to keep so here" he says shoving me a paper where im resuming has my script in it "okay" i say clearing my throat then i start narrating

"Once upon a time.." i start as the camera starts filming making it live and me in the backround making sure i dont mess up

30 minutes later

"We nailed it!we got more veiws than last time,maybe like..8 but now we have 50!thanks to your voice y/n!" David and barry say hugging y/n making her blush and hug back "can we keep her mark?!" David says smiling widely mark sighs and crosses his arms "fine.." "YAY!" Both boys squels in joy while mark just groans "heh,so am i apart of this 'elder' thing now?" I asks nervously "no—" "yes!" Barry cuts of mark "great!so am i like uh..elder y/n now?" I asks "yup!we'll make an announcement tommorow to let everyone know" david says smiling "hold up—im the leader since when did you guys started cutting me off and making campange decisions?!" Mark snaps making us flinch at the sudden outburst "come on mark y'know she's the reason our livestream got thos 50 views!" Barry says crossing his arms to mark "tsh..whatever..and i bet your planning on making her the next leader huh?!" "We would never!what wrong with you mark?she's just another elder like us shes not any better than you!" Barry says hugging mark making him blush then goes david then me.. "alright we can keep her.."mark sighs pulling out of the hug "yay!"both males says "well y/n..your officially one of the elders of the creek now" mark says swaying his staff on each of y/n's shoulders "but this is just the warm up,be ready tommorow make yourself look..adventuristic as you can the elders are know to be one of the best ppl here in the creek" mark says smirking "yessir!" I say saluting him giggling

"Whats that?" I asks looking around around "that's the dinner bell,we have to go home see ya tmmrw y/n!" Barry say getting out of the room for a fat guy he was pretty cute—wait what? "Well,arent you gonna get out?or do you need my help again?" Mark says impatiently "a little help would be nice" i say smiling he rolls his eyes and picks me up from my stomch "y—your strong!" I say smiling "yeah,yeah i know" he says pushing me up "thanks!" I say getting out "no problem.." he says getting out of the hole too "well..see ya" he says walking away "see you too!" I wait until he finally leaves my sight then i start squealing in joy

I finally found some friends

The next day

At the creek

"Y/n?why are you here?i didnt asks you to come?" Jp says seeing me rarely dressed and very happy "she isnt wearing her hoodie..her battle scars are barely seen..and shes VERY COOL!" kelsey says smiling "thank you dear,warrior kelsey" i say with a thicc accent crossing my arms smiling confidently "y/n..whats up?" Craig asks a bit curious on whats up with me today "oh nothinngg~~" i say smirking "i think somthing good happened cuz whenever something great happened to y/n she's cocky" jp says sitting down "your right,wouldnt wanna miss the announcement" i say smiling then heading to elder rock

"Should we follow her?"

At elder rock

"H—hey!am i late?!" I say panting and sweating a bit "no,the announcement dosent really have an exact time date so it dosent matter how long you took" mark says leaning on elder rock "i see" i say smiling "well we've told everyone about the announcement but we havent told who was the new elder" david says smiling "alright..where do we go?" I asks nervously "its alright to be nervous,if you feel tears coming out,then let it out" barry says hugging me making me smile and relax into his touch "well what are you waiting for?lets go" mark says as he starts walking towards the trading tree

"Everyone is here.." i say blushing in embarrassment "you'll be fine" david says making me smile "alright as you all know we have a new elder in the creek.." mark starts

"Oh is this what y/n has been excited about?"

"Idk"

"Probably"

"So what we had'nt told you is that the new elder is a girl" mark continues making a few ppl 'ooh' and 'ahh' "alright children of the creek..here i show.. Y/N L/N THE NEW ELDER OF THE CREEK!" he says pulling me away from david and pushing me infront of him making   me blush in embarassment from the ppl staring at me "y/n's the new elder?!" Kelsey exclaims as a few ppl start chit and chattering "oh jeeze what if im not fit as a elder?" I say hiding behind mark making him groan in annoyance "it dosent matter if they like you or not just be glad ur one of the elders!" He says pushing his cape away from me "alright.." i say moving away from him "so any questions?" He asks the crowd of children making me blush what if they asks personal questions?!

"How old are you?"
"Is being an elder awsome?!"
"Can we be friends?!"
"You look so ccoooll!"

"Etc."

"Uhh.." i have lost for words what should i say?! Thats a lot of questions..

Then we all heard the dinner bell making everyone groan in annoyance and head home

"Thank goodness" i say wiping a bead of sweat "you did great!" David says getting on my right and resting his hand on my shoulder "you were amazing!" Barry also compliments and also rests his hand on my shoulder "thank you guys..." i say hugging them including mark so it was their turn to blush "but we should really go now..its dinner time so see you again soon y/n!" They say as they left the creek leaving me happily alone
