Scratch of a Demon.

Chapter Six.

Uncertainty! fell demon of our fears! The human soul that can support despair, supports not thee.~David Mallet. 

Daniel's Point Of View;

          As I lead her into the park, it is empty, just the way I want it. As I walk deeper into the woods, I can hear Sofia's sniffles as she walks along with me. I then look at her, she notices me looking at her. She turns away, blushing. I smirk to myself.

You won't be blushing for longer, you will be in agony! 

I think to myself, I look up at the sky, the moon is going away and forming into a full moon. I smirk, before I lead her deeper into the woods. She stops looking around she scrunches her eye brows, she spins around facing me. " Why are we here? And so deep?" She ask's, looking at me.

I touch her hand, pulling her to the tree. " Just playing a little game, Sofia. No need to worry " I reply, smirking to myself. I hear her sigh, just as I am about to let her go the Demon in my strikes. Making my control unavailable and giving the Demon's control full power.

I hear her gasp, " Why is your face like that Daniel, and you teeth are so sharp?" She ask's, backing up her back bumping onto the tree behind her.

I take a walk forward, " This is what I can call dessert Sofia, your my dessert. My face is special and my teeth are as sharp as a blade " I reply, pinning her arms above her head. Moving her hair to the left hand side of the neck, her vein comes in show making my fangs grow increasing the length. I hear her let out a shaky breath.

I then turn around, facing her. She has her face hidden in her hands, her knee's are shaky giving in she falls to the ground. " Please don't hurt me Daniel, I will do anything but please don't " She beg's, her words coming out a sob.

My face softens for a minute, but then my face hardens within minutes. " No, I have made my choice " I reply, grabbing her arms forcefully. I then place her against the crack of the tree. She falls back onto the seat provided on the tree. I then remove her hair that falls to her shoulder, pushing the excess of her blonde hair.

I then lean my head back, I then pull my head back up. Looking at the fragile Sofia, I then walk towards her again, my head leans deeper, I stick my fangs into her neck. As the blood fills my mouth, going down to the body of mine, I hear her stifle a scream out. I cover her mouth from the scream, as I continue to suck on her blood.

I hear sigh and she falls limp, as I continue to suck on her for a minute or to, I let go. Wiping my mouth and her neck, I pick her in my arms carrying her to her house. 

Sofia's Point Of View:

        I wake up to find the birds chirping into the window still. I groan in confusion, looking around I open my eyes to find I am in my bedroom. I scrunch my eye brows in confusion.

I get up, stumbling on my way. I look at myself in the reflection, my blonde hair is messy, I have dark bags under my eyes. I then groan before I look at the time, 10:03AM. I sigh to myself, I will just have to go into school late, as I walk to the bathroom I pick a towel up on the way. 

As I walk to the bathroom, I turn the shower on, taking my clothes off I step into the shower. When I have finished my shower, I wrap a towel around my bare shivering body, as I walk back into my bedroom. I close the door behind myself, turning my hair dryer on I start to dry my hair.

When I have dried my hair, I get changed into a pair of blue skinny jeans and a peach and black top with thin straps. I then put a black hair band and a pair of black ear rings. I then apply some mascara, thin eye liner and a lip gloss. When I have finished I slip on some flats before I pick my bag and phone I make my way downstairs.

I decide to make a chocolate pancake, I cook some chocolate pancake and some apple juice. When I have finished my meal, and juice I wash the dishes and I put them into the dishwasher, I pick my bag up, grabbing my car keys I walk out to my car before I  start to drive to school.

When I have arrived at school, I see Daniel standing by the front with something in his mouth or between his fingers. I scrunch my eye brow's, his eyes travel up connecting with mine. His smirk turns into a thin line.

I continue looking at him, as I continue. I approach him. " Hey Daniel " I greet him, adjusting the bag.

Daniel looks at me suspiciously. " Hey, how are you feeling?" He ask's, eyeing me awkwardly.

I scrunch my eyes in confusion, him eyeing me as well. " I am okay, why?" I ask. 

Daniels eye are filled with regret, and slightly relief. " That's good, I was just wondering. Do you want to ditch school?" He ask's, curiously, his famous smirks coming again.

I just let out a laugh." I can't, I am already late for class. The teachers will bite my heads off " I reply, taking my phone out, I continue walking ignoring him.

" Isn't like your parents will see, It will be just us " He call's out, I can tell by his amusement.

I spin around to see Daniel walks towards me, smirking. " Fine, I hate you. Can I ask you a question?" I ask, walking with him towards somewhere. After a few minute's we're in his car, Daniel is driving us somewhere.

Daniel then speaks up, smiling. " Sure, anything?" He ask's, eyeing me suspiciously.

I then turn to face him, looking at him I take a deep breath before asking him a question. " What happened last night? I imagined you biting me or something?" I ask, I turn around.

The shock on his face, shocks me. His face is pale white.
