Chapter 11

I wake up to the noise of banging around in the dorm room, I open my eyes and see Krissy curling her hair for the second time that day. We make eye contact in the mirror.

"Hey, how are you feeling?" She asks still curling a piece of hair.
"I dont really know, it all just happened so fast." I say lifting my head from the pillow. "Where are you going?" I ask this time I'm sitting at the edge if the bed.
"Oh, I'm just going to study at Paisley Cafe, I normally study there until Ace is done with soccer practise. You could come if you want." She suggests.
"Yeah I think I will, I need to take my mind of it." I say whilst tying my hair up into a messy bun.
We leave and walk down to Paisley Cafe and set out all are books that need to use to revise for the Chemistry test.
"Yasmin, do you want anything to drink or eat?" Krissy offers.
"No, I'm okay thank you." I say back in return.
Krissy returns back with a chocolate mocha and a pastry.
"Okay, we've only got 35 minutes before I need to meet Ace." She says as she opens her book.

20 minutes pass and Vanessa and Luke walk in and come sit with us.
"Oh hey, Yasmin." Vanessa says with an unpleasant tone as she comes to sit next to me, Luke doesn't look at me and goes to sit next to Krissy.
"Oh, I've meaning to say something to you, Yasmin, I'm sorry to hear you and Hero didnt work out, hope you can find someone who can fuck as good as him." Vanessa says leaving the table.
I dont say anything but I give her a glare but it was only really me trying to keep the tears in.
"Yasmin, I've got to go,you can come with me if you want." Krssiy offers.
"No its alright, I think I'll just head back."I say rubbing my right arm.
"Unless you want to come with us?" Vanessa offers. I turn around to look at Krissy for her reaction but she just shrugs. I dont know what inside of me said I thought it was going to be a good idea but I decided to follow Luke and Vanessa out the cafe.

"Um so where are we exactly going?" I say.
"We are going to get tattoos." Vanessa says with a smirk.
"Oh." I say as we arrive at the tattoo shop. Luke still hasnt said anything to me at this point but I just ignore it because I didnt really want to talk to him anyway.
The tattoo shop was quite small with tattoo art all over the walls and a the chair in the middle. The guy who was giving the tattoos looked around 30 and he had greyish hair and piercing blue eyes.
"Who's the new one." He points to me.
"Hi, I'm Yasmin." I say.
Nice to meet you, I'm Jace." He says giving me his tattooed hand to shake.
"So what do you guys want?" He asks us.
"Me and Luke are getting matching tattoos." Vanessa exclaims whilst going to sit in the chair.
"What about newcomer Yasmin." Jace asks looking at me.
"Oh no, I'm not getting anything." I say.
"Okay, as you wish." He says looking back at Vanessa.
"Okay, so what do you want?" Jace asks Vanessa.
"I want '𝙵𝚞𝚌𝚔 𝙱𝚞𝚍𝚍𝚒𝚎𝚜 ♡' and I want it here." She says pointing at her hip.
"Okay I see, are you getting the same?" He looks at Luke.
"Yeah, just minus the heart." He laughs.
Luke and I sit down and watch as Vaneesa gets the tattoo needle pressed against her smooth skin, hundreds of times.
"Why are getting that matching tattoo?" I finally build the courage to ask Luke.
"Its just this thing we have together." He answers not making eye contact.
"What, like friends of benefits?" I ask hoping not to sound rude.
"Yeah I suppose, something like that, hey you could get one too and that would make 4 of us." He says giving me a smirk.
"Wait, what do you mean 4 of us, there are only 3 of us here?" I ask confused.
"Yeah, me, Vannessa, Hero and you." He says unfazed.
"Wait..what do you mean Hero?.."
