Abbie: she can see the ghosts, she is 18 and is an apprentice for Eleanor Thatcher
Eleanor Thatcher: a 22 year old who helps Ghosts get to the afterlife, find out why they are stuck and makes sure they have no grudges with anyone in the living world
Raymond: he is Richies brother who died along side him, he is 17 and although he doesn't have a grudge his family never let those two go, they haven't accepted that they have died so they are stuck
