As her brother, Blaze, ran off into the woods I felt her turn around in my arms and look up at me, before I could say anything she started
"I may be coming back with you but that doesn't mean we're mating, marking, married, dating, nothing, you will simply be my Alpha" she said flatly,
I immediately objected,"THE HELL I WILL" I shot out loudly,
she flinched, "I'm sorry, I've upset you Alpha" she said quietly
I cupped her cheeks in my hands but she turned her head and looked away from my gaze,"Look at me" I demanded, she immediately looked up at me ,but she looked at my forehead, careful not to look me in the eyes, I hated it. "Look into my eyes, Memory" I said, her eyes shot to mine and she looked away when she saw my eyes begin to glow. I growled.
She backed away from me, "I'm sorry to have upset you Alpha, Ill go pack" she said quietly and broke from my grip and ran inside shut the door.
About two hours later I heard a soft knock on my door and as I walked towards the door I smelled an intoxicating sent. Memory. When I opened the door she said shyly, "I've got all my stuff packed up and I've said goodbye to Willa." she stood at the door awkwardly before I ushered her in and she stood in front of the door silently, I grabbed her hand and pulled her into my lap and wrapped my arms around her waist tightly, I could tell she was tense by the way she stared into the distance, I hated how scared she seemed to be. We sat like this for a while until I just had to touch her skin, I've been going through withdrawal, I put my hand under her shirt and drew circles on her hip and she seemed to relax as I felt her lay her head on my chest and she wrapped her arms around my neck and started drawing on my chest, right over my heart, she was writing something. Memory she wrote over and over, over my heart and I growled at the thought of having her name on my body forever.
She stopped instantly and put her hands back in her lap and sat still, I felt her heart beat start to slow and her eyelashes flickering, trying to stay open I smiled down at her, "Are you tired baby" I asked she shook her head and I picked her up and layed her down on my bed, our bed and slid off her skinny jeans and vans and I took off my shirt and blue jeans leaving me in my underwear and I wrapped my arms around her and I felt her turn around and face me in the darkness and I looked at her and she surprised me. I felt her lips crash into mine and I wrapped my arms tightly around her and pulled her closer and she broke the kiss and layed on top of me, and fell asleep with my hands up her shirt drawing circles on her back I fell asleep thinking
"this is how it's supposed to be"
