Bright's POV
I leave the building since they said that their is no win in the list. I didn't know what to do now. Is win leaving? Why he is not there? It's impossible!
Bright panic because of those thoughts he have in his mind. So he texted win.
“ Win, where are you now? Are you okay? Reply ASAP”
After 5 minutes Bright doesn't received any reply from win and this make him panic more. Every passing seconds makes bright to take negatively what happen to win. He is walking back and forth while his thumb nail is in his mouth . A habit of him everytime he is in panic or nervous. He is sweating and his hands are trembling.
After an hour, bright hears a sound from his phone which wake him from his thoughts. He quickly grab his phone and when he see the name flashed in the screen he quickly answer it.
“win!? Where are you!?” Bright said.
“*chuckles* Hey calm down. I'm okay Bright there's no need to be worried I'm fine I just finished doing something” win said calmly. And bright sigh. ‘something?’ Bright said in his mind.
“uh. P', is there something wrong? Or you just miss me?” win said teasingly and giggles which make Bright shocked and smiles. And without knowing a small tint of pink is forming in his cheeks.
“Y-yes...” said Bright said suddenly without thinking what he said. And when he realized what he had said he quickly replied
“ I mean...” and before he can finished his words Win said....
“ I miss you too...Bright”.
Bang! another time bomb has explode in Bright (555+ sorry I'm exaggerating). He didn't expect that Win will reply with those words. Words that can stop his world and words that brings joy to him. Bright has been silent for 3 minutes and he was awaken in his thoughts when he heard someone in the other line called a name Tine. And win quickly said...
“ Bright I need to go. Good bye see you soon” win said and quickly end the call before bright could reply. Bright on the other hand is smiling while he lay on his bed and the darkness engulfed him while he smiles. He sleep unknowingly because he was tired worrying about win.
In the Midnight Bright woke up because he dream of the scene again ( refer to the bonus story titled DREAMS ). He is crying and sobbing he can't stop the pain he is feeling right now. He try to calm himself but he can't because of the aching pain he can feel in his Chest. And while crying a sound cut him from crying. It was win calling him in the middle of the night. Bright answer the phone with a hoarse voice.
“ Hello? Win?”
“Bright!? What happened? Why is your voice sounds like you just cried?” Win said with his worried voice which make the pain that bright feels less. The voice of win makes him calm the pain he can feel right now.
“uh.... Nothing happen.. i-its just a bad dreams and you? Why do you call?” bright said while scratching his neck.
“oh. Hehe I just can't sleep and I tried to call you just in case you are still awake” win said.
“Bright, do you want me to tell you a story?..I mean if you Love to. When i was little my mom will tell me stories to make me sleep”
“yeah please. I love it.” Bright said and win chuckles with that he find it cute.
And win started his story...
“Long ago, there was a kingdom were people lived peacefully. The king will do anything for his People and to his family just to make them safe. One day, an angel get down from the heavens with a very beautiful message. The king's wife will be blessed with a Son. And the angel said that the child should be kept inside the palace to avoid chaos.”
“wait... Chaos? Why is that?” Bright said.
“just listen until I finish telling you” win said as he giggles
“ The king become confused why the god gave them a blessing but it will bring chaos if he get outside the kingdom. He asked the angel but the angel could tell him because that's all what he needed to say. And before he could vanish the angel said... protect him or he will die. And with that clue the king has become aware of what might happen. So he let the palace to be close and only those allowed can enter the palace. This sudden decree of the king give the people inside the palace shocked even the queen but they know that the king has his reasons. The guards close the palace from the outside world and no one knows what's inside. The palace become a mystery and only those people inside knows what's happening. Since the people inside are in great debt to the king ang loyal to him they never told anyone what's happening inside. The message of the Angel become true and a Handsome child was born but the queen died because she becomes weak after the labor. She name her Sarawat...”
After hearing the name Bright gasp and this makes win to stop the story
“ Bright is something wrong?” win said softly and yawn which make Bright chuckles.
“win you can continue the story tomorrow if you are sleepy” bright said.
“okay. Thank you Bright for listening and sleep well” win said with his sleepy voice and ended the call.
Bright lay comfortably in his bed and there is something that bothers him. ‘Who is Sarawat? why win knows him?’ who is that mysterious guy?’
