Chapter six/ Harper's pov

"So Haze I hear you're offering out internships for college graduates. I thought Mr Beckham pushed away the idea." Bryan says as he twirls his glass of scotch in his hand.

Being about almost a month into this assignment. I would say we have gotten quite far. Progress has made its way well. Although there's been times things seemed it would've gone side ways,we held through.

And that marks as well almost a month of Bryan and I married. My god has it been terrible. We argue over the stupidest things ever, throw tantrums for no proper reason (that part is mostly me). Nevertheless we try our ut most best in public, due to our cover.

Mum has still been staying with us. I've been talking to chief about the whole stalker thing with her. He has said he'll send two agents out, to sort it all out but nothing has commenced for the past two weeks. So I took it upon myself to get to the bottom of it. Bryan has no clue about any of it, he would go crazy if he knew I was trying to take down a stranger. I'm saying stranger, because there is not a single piece of information on this man. No name nothing. It drives me mad.

I leave tonight. And hopefully I could get this over with.

"Yes, yes he has but I obviously forced my point and he caved. I mean let's face it, it's hard for students these days to get into any business." Haze confidentiality speaks. He pours him another glass of whisky and offers another to Bryan.

Urgh, I want!!!!

"Rach do you mind helping me bring out these snacks." Dianna stands by the doorway of their kitchen and gestures behind her.

"Sure." I say as I get up from my seat. The Vikings had invited us to their house, well mansion. We arrived not to long ago and have been talking about Haze job. Of course not his confidential job but we'll get there.

"Can we help mommy, can we?!" The girls ask excitedly as they jump up and down. And I hear Haze chuckle.

"They love hosting. I wonder what your little one will be like." He chuckles again and I take a glance at Bryan only to find him already looking at me, smiling.

I smile back and look down to the girls, "Of course you can help." And at the same time Bryan answers Haze, laughing," Definitely a lot like Rachel, that kindhearted, loving and sometimes incredibly annoying."

I shake my head about to say something. But I'm pulled away into the kitchen by Dianna. She's been a lovely friend. One of the sweetest people I've ever met. And that is why I'm having trouble try to figure out if she works with Haze or not. Damn up fronts people put up!

"Dianna wh..."

She shushes me, and glances behind me then releases a breath.

"You have to help me, please."

"I what...huh?" I stutter shocked at her statement. My mouth slightly agape.

"Haze isn't who you think he is, he has another job. Secretive from the public and our daughters. Things are going to get horrendous Rachel. And you are the only person I trust right now. I need you to help me get the girls to a safe place before the  twenty-fifth two months from now, please Rachel." Her voice is strained and her hands on my shoulders tighten. And I still stare not uttering a single word.

So what have we gathered so far Harper?
