This story tells about the legacy of Flying Pie-land and all the people in it. Sit back, relax, and enter this fictional world...

Flying Pie-land was once an island in the middle of the ocean filled with nought but an abandoned apartment building sitting on one part of the island. That is, until now...

It all started when a girl got a New Nintendo 2DS XL for her 14th birthday. Excited, she booted up the 2DS immediately after she got it. When it was on, one of the first things she saw was a game called "Tomodachi Life".

Now, the girl had heard about the game before. She'd seen cartridges of it up for sale. She'd seen people play it on the internet. She'd even known someone who had that game in real life. By far, she thought it a great and interesting game. She'd wanted a copy for her very own. And now, she had it. A copy of Tomodachi Life, which was hers and only hers to keep.

Unable to wait any longer, she started up the game.

---------------------

A female Mii, going by the name of WinHearty, cautiously entered her apartment, whose walls were speckled with orange dots. The floor was also orange, but it filled the floor entirely, without a single dot to be seen. Strange, she thought. How was the apartment automatically set up for her? Did they even know she was coming here? But she shrugged it off, as she thought that was better than having to refurbish it on her own. She didn't even bring anything with her, so how would she do that?

Then she noticed something in the sky. It looked like some sort of face. It looked... almost like her!

"Hey there, little guy!"

Was the face speaking to her? She was almost sure it was, so she responded back to it.

"Hi, I'm WinHearty. Hey, you look just like me!"

The face giggled. "So we do. Well, I'm your look-alike. I'm supposed to be taking care of you on this island."

WinHearty then noticed she was feeling a little peckish. She hadn't eaten anything since she'd gotten here, and now she was craving something to eat...

Almost without thinking, she said to her, "I'm hungry!"

"Huh? You're hungry? Well, I'm sure there will be something to eat around here soon."

WinHearty looked at her with a doubtful face. Did she really think there would be a random piece of food that would come out of nowhere?

"Look out the window. There's something outside."

She went over to the window and saw... a food mart? Pretty weird, seeing as she was just thinking of food coming out of nowhere...

"Hey look! A food mart has opened!" her look-alike said. "Wait there, WinHearty. I'll get you something to eat in a pinch." And then she left.

WinHearty sat there patiently, waiting for her look-alike. After a few minutes, she came back here.

"I sure am hungry!" she told her.

"Still hungry, huh?" her look-alike said. "Well, worry not. I got you... a steak." She then placed the steak in her hands.

WinHearty was so ravenous that she quickly ate the steak up. It was SO good! She even crunched on the plate and the wooden slab underneath it. She didn't even know why she did it. She just did.

"Well, how did it taste?"

"It tasted great!" she told her. "Got any more?"

"None at the moment. But there will be more soon, don't you worry."
