She can generate azure flames from palms of her hands. Like dabi but she can use it on new whole level.
She can step into her flames and use it like portal, thats why afo wanted her. From ends of her feathers she can produce flames.
Drawnbacks:
If she use too much her flames she can burn herself. Wings, horns and tail doesnt have any drawnbacks.

Warping - Afo gave her this quirk for faster teleport

Her only weakness is her real body under her suit and plate on her neck.

Prologue

Your POV
Rain...Darkness and blood.
I opened my e/c eyes little bit, only to find love of my life dead besides me. I didnt had any power to move and i knew i will die in a moment. Only one tear left my eyes before i closed my eyes completely and let the darkness consume me.
I died from blood loss because i had hude wooden piece in my chest.
Year later...
I felt bright light in my eyes, i tried open them to adjust to the light. After while i saw i was in some kind of lab or hospital. Someone came to my bed. It was two mens.
"Welcome among the living Mrs. Junkei."
"Uhm... where am i? And who am i?"
"You my little masterpiece are in my laboratory, and you are... Jukei, my sons guardian."

That was 5 years ago, when i met tomura i knew he will be like my own son. I was the only one he talked to, he even started calling me Mom. I trained him with kurogiri. Kurogiri was like father, we were like family... almost real family. Tomura is now ten.

"Tomura, darling, can you come here?" I called from the bar.
"Of course...mommy." He looked at me like lost puppy.
Im going to die from cuteness...
He came to me and looked at me from under his 'father'.
"Tomura master wants me to go on mission...this mission will take more time than i expected, so i will not see you in while...." I said sadly and he started to tearing up.
"B-but...m-mommy...i...i dont want y-you to l-leave...." I picked him up as he sobbed into my suit.
"Sorry honey but mommy must, we dont want to upset our master dont we?"
"N-no..."
"Dont worry i will come asap." I 'smiled' at him and he smiled brightly back.
I placed him down on the floor and went for kurogiri after the bar he was cleaning.
"Im going okay?" I asked softly as i placed 'kiss' on his mist cheek.
"Okay...my love." I smiled at him and made portal from my mist and before i stepped in i looked back to see tomura with tears in his eyes and kurogiri with sad eyes looking at me. I waved them and left...

That was ten years ago...

Im now at afo's place with ujiko and helping them with new nomu with shock absoption and super regeneration. They needed me for DNA for this nomu and to complete my transformation into nomu. It took them ten years. And now i am ready to leave and destroy the symbol of peace for master. Maybe i will see tomura finally...? I smiled to myself as i stepped trought my mist-like portal. Nomu was behind me and waited for my orders. When i was out of portal i was in USJ with many villains were there. I kept my straight walking stance as i walked around the USJ, i didnt had any orders only to order nomu to destroy all might.
"Nomu...go kill them...." I ordered and nomu came out of my portal and looked at me. Then nodded, i nodded back. He ran away and i started to exploring. I found almost all villains on ground.
"Im not surprised...." I massaged my temples and started walking away then i saw bicoloured haired boy. I titled my head at him. He looked at me and his eyes widened.
"Who are you...?" I asked formaly.
He then shot an ice wall at me. I easily avoided the attack with my warping quirk and warped behind him.
"What the hell...?" He said almost whispering. I smiled and warped away. Now i was at some fountain in middle of USJ. Then i saw kurogiri, i smiled brightly and walked to him.
"Hello my love...." His eyes widened when he heard my voice and spinned around to look at me.
"Junkei...? What are you doing here?" He said as he hugged me very tightly and it looked like i was gonna disapearenin any moment.
"I was released today...so i came here to help you...." I smiled at him. Then an angry pomeranian boy came at us and hit kuro to the ground.
"Stop acting so stuck-up, foggy nobody...!" Then there was all might with brocolli boy and that bicolour haired boy. I looked around and saw tomura with his hands all over his body. I sighed in relive that his alive.
Kurogiri tried to move but that boy that held him made explosion on his plate.
"One move and i'll kill you!" I looked at him...and boy i was so upset he threatened him like that.
"Im sorry, but i cant let that happen...." I said as he looked up at me and his eyes widened. I smiled at him.
Then warped me and kuro away from that people.
"Are you okay...?" I said concerted.
"Yeah...thank you very much...." He smiled at me as i smiled back.
"What...the...fuck...?" Somebody said and we looked at them...it was tomura. I smiled and started walking towards him.
"My darling...long time no see." I said sweetly. His eyes widened.
"M-mom..." he stuttered. I smiled and nodded.
"I missed you...son." He ran at me ant hugged me veery tightly.
"Im happy...that...youre here...."
"Lets go and end this up!" I said happily and determined. He nodded and continued. Nomu was freezed on ground without hand.
"Nomu, get up and fight!" I ordered and he broke the ice and his hand regenerated. He growled and started fighting all might.
"This is his super-regeneration...Go nomu." Tomura said as nomu came at all might with super-speed.
Nomu hit the ground with his hand very hard as he tried to hit the angry pomeranian. He dodged the attack.
"K...kacchan...you dodged thats amazing!" Brocolli stuttered. I softly gigglet at his cuteness, like tomuras. Then it hitted me...all might jumped in front of him and got hit by the attack for him.
Tomura then said something to them but i wasnt listening.
CRASH!
And nomu flew throught roof away from USJ. I was sad and pissed...he was made from my DNA he was like my kid.
"Thats sad...my kid...." I sighed.
"What?" All might and tomura asked at the same time.
"Well he was made from my DNA...so he was like my child. And i pretty much raised him...so."
"I didnt expected this but...okay?" Tomura said.
"Its okay! I ask master for another one!" I smiled at him and he nodded.
"IIDA TENYA...HAVE NOW RETURNED!" Somebody shouted and i saw many heroes and...bullet that was flying at tomura. It hit him one time to palm of his hand. I warped in front of him face to him and got one bullet right in my plate and it got throught in in my neck, causing me to fall on ground and bleed. Tomuras eyes widened and he started trembling. Kurogiri immediately opened gate and picked me bridal style and stepped through it with me and tomura. He placed me on sofa and took first-aid kit.
"W...why did y-you do t-that...?" Tomura asked at verge of tears. I smiled.
"Hey...i will be...okay." I said as i smiled.
"You b-better be...!" He said as i nodded.
