Seventeen was walking down a hallway in the lab with her father. He was taking her to be tested on for the fifth time this week. Seventeen got used to all the things being done on her but sometimes it got out of control.
The two arrive in the room and Seventeen is pulled towards a water tank. Putting the duct tape goggles on, she could hear her father talking to her.
"Last time you pulled away from it, don't pull away this time, stay in there." He said.
Seventeen gets put onto a metal pole, lowering her further down into the water. She steps off at the bottom, closing her eyes and holding her breath. Opening her eyes again, Seventeen isn't isn't in tank anymore, she's in a black room type of area with water pooling around her feet.
She walks forward hearing the distant noise of eating/chewing. Seventeen lays eyes on the back of a monster. A creature, feeding on its prey. Walking toward it, she reaches her hand out and gently touches it's back.
The creature turns around, it's face opening up like a flower's petals or a flies trap. It is the demagoran. Seventeen starts screaming. The world around her shaking and people running out of the room she's in. Then the top of the tank opens up and the girl is being carried to another room.
Her father lays her on a bed and leaves her to sleep. Needing to regain her energy for the next day ahead of them. More and more testing to be done to her.
"Good night papa" she says
The man just nods his head and closer her door, walking away from her room. Seventeen is awoken in the morning from her door opening. Surprisingly she sees the Chief of Hawkins, Jim Hopper, standing at her door.
"Hey kid, we're getting you out of here!" He says.
The girl rose to her feet and walked towards the door.
"Papa?" Seventeen asked looking concerned.
"You dad isn't near here at the minute, he's with his workers at a pumpkin patch. Come one we have to go!" The chief whisper yells.
