She was drinking her coffee when she decided to pick up her phone. She dialed that familiar number that no matter how many times she erases from her phonebook, her fingers know what to do.
"Hi-" she said softly
"It's you..." he replied as he answered the call
"I was just thinking, I've got no plans today, maybe we could meet in the mall or something?" she hesitantly asked, her heart was beating fast.He chuckled, "You miss me? What are we gonna do when we meet? Is it your treat?" he asked
"You're seriously asking me that?" she laughed back, "Let's just hang-out" she answered
"I'm not really in the mood, besides, I don't have cash. I used it all up." he said
"Seriously?" she asked again
"Take care on your way to the mall, see you at work. I'm gonna sleep now, bye!" he finally said as he ended the call.
She looked at her phone, sat on her bed and without thinking twice, she turned her phone off. She can't believe that this was the third time he shut her down. Three in a row, she thought to herself.
"Crap." She said out loud.
After a few minutes, she turned her phone on again and browsed the contacts on her phone, and then she found him. She stared at his name and phone number.
"Take care?" she smirked, "I should change your name to asshole..." she said as stared at his picture.
She pressed the right button on her phone to delete his contact information.
"This is the last time asshole. I'm not calling you again!" she said as she erased the number.
She turned on the television and switched from channel to channel, trying to distract herself when her message alert sounded. She picked up her phone and read who sent a text. It was just a number, but of course, she knew who it was.

"No use asking who this might be. I deleted your phone number and you text me right after. You're toying with me and I hate every moment of it. Right now, right this moment, I hate you with every beat of my heart."
This ran in her head while she typed in her reply.
