I was surprised when I told my boyfriend that I had a child and he didn't leave me. He said he would love to meet my 4-year old son. It's been nearly a year since Niall, my boyfriend, has met my son, James. Niall and James absolutly love each other. Today Niall is taking us to the park. "Mommy, mommy, mommy!" James yelled. "Can I go play now? Please?" "Of course, sweetie." "Your such a great mom, baby girl." Niall said while wrapping his arms around my waist from behind. "You really think so?" I asked. "I know so, beautiful. He is going to grow up and be a wonderful man for a very special lady." "Stop it, Niall. I don't want to think about my little boy dating." "Mommy, Ni, come play with me!" James shouted. "Alright buddy, we're coming." Niall yelled back. Niall went down the slide a few times until James decided he wanted to go play on the swings. "Daddy, come push me!" James yelled. I was shocked. "Ni, I'm so sor-" He cut me off. "Sorry? This is amazing. I'm so happy!" He said with the biggest smile I have ever seen. "This is okay with you?" I asked shocked. "Of course it is! I mean, as long as it is okay with you." "Yes Niall. Of course it is okay with me." I said. "Daddyyyyyy! What's taking you so long?" "Sorry buddy. I was talking to Mommy." Niall said while laughing. We played with James at the park for a little bit longer, until it was time to go back to my house. When we got there, I put Toy Story in. While Niall was in the kitchen making us all a snack, James leaned over to whisper in my ear. "Mommy?" Yeah buddy?" "Is Niall my daddy now?" "I don't know buddy. Why don't you ask him?" "Okay. I will." Niall walked into the living room and sat down beside James. "Hey," James started, "are you my daddy now?" He asked. "Do you want me to?" Niall asked him. "Yes." James said shyly. "Then I guess I am." Niall exclaimed. "MOMMY! HE SAID YES! HE'S MY DADDY NOW!" James yelled. "Yeah, baby. I heard him." "I love you, Daddy." 'I love you too, James." We pressed play and started the movie. I was nearly asleep when I heard Niall whisper, "I finally have a beautiful family. I'm finally complete."
