Guild Wars are an event that happens twice a week, after your server opens to cross-server ranking. To qualify to take part in the Guil War, your guild must be level 3 and have at least 8 members with 12 or more Partners each.
The day before each war starts, you have 24 hours to Inspire your guild. There are two types of guild inspiration.
The first type affects the attack of individual members. Each member can choose whether or not they want to inspire, for a total of 10 inspires for each of the two attack inspirations. This inspiration costs
20 ingots per inspiration. This inspiration can also be bought during the Guild War by clicking on your guild's war building and choosing inspire.
The second type affects the defense of all defensive members. It can only be purchased by the Guild Leader and the Co-Leaders. It is purchased with guild wealth- the points your guild gets for building the guild and defeating guild enemies. There are two defensive inspirations, both of which can be purchased 5 times.
This inspiration can only be purchased during the 24 hour inspiration period.
The first war of the week is on Monday (inspiration Sunday) and Tuesday.
The strongest 8 members with 12 Partners or more will be your defensive members.
Defensive members are the members of your guild that your opposing guild will be attacking in an attempt to get points. The opposing guild will also have 8 defensive members.
You get 4 attacks per day for free. You will get to choose the opponent you face, as well as the partner you use to attack them.
You can also purchase assault tokens for additional assaults. These tokens can be purchased in the store for 300 ingots.
When you use an assault token, you don't get to choose your opponent but you do get to choose your Partner.
The second war starts on Thursday, and lasts till Saturday. (Inspiration on Wednesday) For the second war, there are 12 defensive members.
You can take part in the first war even if you don't have enough members for the second war. You get the same 4 assaults daily.
Assaults are basically just debates.

Scoring
Scoring for Guild War is done differently than scoring for debates.
Instead of getting points based off of how many partners you defeat, you get points for the number of partners your opponent has left.
Because of this, you should always put your strongest partners against their weakest defensive members in order to get the most possible points.
See the scoring chart above to know how many points you will get for the number of remaining partners.
Even if you don't knock out any of their partners, you will still get the points for that many partners left.
