When the sun rose in the rainforest, so did Perfection. The villagers said that the birds sang only to her, but who are they trying to kid?
"GOOD MORNING WORLD!" Perfection said first thing in the morning, like some sort of Kinkajou 2.0.
Her boring cousin covered his eyes. "Please announce your glorious-ness somewhere else," he grumbled. Perfection frowned.
"You're just bitter cause mom and dad love me more," she said, and hopped out of bed, cause dragons totally can make those.
She walked across the hall to where her real siblings slept. "Hello, Perfection 2.0 and Perfection the 2nd," she called.
"Perfection, my name is Eminence," said her baby sister.
"And my name is Modesty," said her younger sister's twin. "Not Perfection 2.0."
"Well if you're gonna be mean," sniffed Perfection, "then I will no longer grace you with my presence. Her baby siblings suddenly feel bad about their not-even-offensive-comment.
"WE ARE SOOOOOO SORRY!" they cried in unison, like the twins they are.
"It's fine, I forgive you, like the sweet mane character I am," she replied.
Then the babies go back to making nonsense words. Anyways, Perfection went off to wake up her parents.
"Hello!" she called. Her parents woke up as soon as they heard her.
"Hello, darling," cooed her mother, even though she's like, five. She is the MOST perfect dragonet in the world! Her mother continued in her head. She can read minds because of those teardrop scalies.
"What would you like to eat today, dear?" Her father asked.
"Hmmm, how about some fruit?" she liked keeping the Rainwings happy, because all the mane characters are NEVER self-centered.
"Coming right up!"
Plopsey entered the room. "Can I have roasted anything?" he asked.
"You can have roasted coconut," said Foeslayer firmly.
He grumbled something before sitting next to Perfection.
After they finished eating, Coast walked forward hesitantly. "Honey, we accidentally made a big decision without you."
"Are you talking to me?" Plopsey asked, hopeful.
"No, mostly Perfection."
"What decision was it?" she asked, not in the mood for her cousin's 'annoying' antics.
"We're sending you off the Jade Mountain Academy," Foeslayer said.
"How could you," Perfection wailed dramatically. "It'll take months for dragons there to worship- I mean befriend me!"
Then she ran dramatically out the door. She ran through the rainforest, not looking where she was going until she ran into something. It was scaled and cold, and she knew it was an Icewing, who was in the rainforest for some reason.
"Who do you think you are, hybrid?" the Icewing snapped. "Because I will teach you a lesson for running into me like that."
What are Icewings afraid of.... Oh yeah! "Well I wouldn't do that if I were you." Perfection remembered no one knew what REALLY happened to Darkstalker, so she had a plan.
"Well what can you do that's sooo special," the Icewing said mockingly.
"This. I enchant myself to look exactly like my great great great great one hundred+ great grandfather!" and with that, Perfection turned into Darkstalker.
The bully Icewing's face turned to complete horror. "Aaaaaaaaahhh," he screamed and ran away, because the mane character must always overcome 'scary' bullies before they go to an ironically placed winglet at school.
Perfection became her perfect self again and smiled. "Phew, anyway, now I need to go home and apologize, because I can't let Perfection 2.0 become the new favorite," (because no one is that nice come on fanfiction writers, get it together.) and with that, she flew back home. Was this fast-paced and hard to follow? Good. This is how most fanfics go, except without all the sarcastic comments. This wasn't too late of an update I think, so yeah. If there are any grammar or spelling mistakes, please comment. I blame it on my fat fingers and tiny phone keys. Stay safe and have a nice day/night or whatever.
