"Akaashi what are you doing this afternoon.?" Bokuto spoke up as he gathered his stuff. "nothing really, I'm just gonna head home and do some studying.." the dark haired male responded with a blank look on his face, as usual. "well..I was wondering if we could maybe hang out at your place.., but if your busy it's fin-" "sure, I was just gonna study to pass the time. Sure you can come over .."Akaashi responded with a faint smile. "great! shall we walk there together," Bokuto joked in a strange accent. Akaashi laughed quietly. "we shall" Akaashi responded trying to imitate the accent Bokuto used.
'I've never really seen him laugh.. his laugh is so wholesome..' Bokuto thought to himself as he could feel his face heat up a bit. "Bokuto-san are you okay?, your face looks a bit red.." the younger male leaned his hand towards the others face, to check if his face was hot. "are you feeling well Bokuto-san. Your face feels pretty hot.." Akaashi removed his hand from the others face, which such action could cause his face to heat up even more. "I-I'm j-just not u-used to h-hearing  y-you la-laugh that's a-all.., your laugh sounds k-kinda c-cute..." Bokuto blurted out with no second thoughts. "o-oh..thank you..I feel pretty insecure about my laugh actually.. that's why I don't really laugh much.." Akaashi mumbled loud enough for the other to hear, while he was still looking down at his shoes. "really?, well I'd say your laugh is just as cute as your smile. Which is also something I don't see much of.."Bokuto looked up at Akaashi, whose face was taken over by a dust of pink. "I-I'll try and smile more.." the younger spoke and looked up at Bokuto with a soft endearing smile. "good, I can see that pretty smile of yours more often now!" Bokuto said with his wide smile. Akaashi could feel his cheeks heat up. Sure he got compliments from family about his looks but, getting compliments from his close best friend felt different to him. "you get flustered pretty easily don't you huh" Bokuto teased with a sing-y tone in his voice. "Huh?!- I-I.." Akaashi could just feel the red tomato shade on his face,he was wide eyed surprised.

'why is making me feel like this..' he thought as he tried to cover his embarrassment.

"haha..I'm just kidding Keiji, just wanted to see your cute reaction.."the older male said with a flirtatious tone. "haha very funny, let's go we've been standing here for at least an hour. we should start heading to my place" Akaashi sarcastically toned at the other. in a matter of minutes they were both walking over to Akaashi's home. There was a long awkward silence, but of course Bokuto was the one to break it. "Akaashi," the older male spoke up. "hm?" Akaashi responded with a hum.
"do..you ever like, when your around a certain person..that one person, like when that person is with you.. you like uh feel safe. Like when  your around them?" Bokuto let it  out all in one breath.
"huh..now that I think of it..,yeah I do. I feel like when I'm with that person I won't get hurt.." they both kept talking about stuff like that until eventually they got to the destination. "here" they both walked in and Bokuto with no second thought, Bokuto ran straight to Akaashi's room. "well yeah just, yeah-" Akaashi followed after Bokuto. when he walked in all he could see was Bokuto laying down on the floor staring at the ceiling. Akaashi walked in and closed the door. "whatcha thinking about" Akaashi sat down next to Bokuto on the floor.

"you"

'huh?-' Akaashi thought he was hearing things.
"Not funny Bokuto-san.." the younger male mumbled quietly, but loud enough for the other to hear. "who said I was joking?, I mean look at yourself Keiji. Your stunning." Bokuto spoke up still focusing his attention on the ceiling. "t-thanks I-I g-guess.." Keiji looked around the room awkwardly. trying to avoid looking at Bokuto so he can prevent him teasing him. "don't thank me I'm only telling the truth" Bokuto spoke up sounding flirtatious. "Bokuto-san what has gotten into you?-" Akaashi questioned with his face still dusted with rose pink blush. "nothing, I just wanted to tell you something important.. but I guess I was just stalling.what I'm trying to say is.." Before Bokuto could finish he felt a warm brush against his lips.
"K-Kei-Keiji..?" He stuttered nervously, his face turning beet red.
"seemed like the right time" Akaashi said obviously shameless. "I guess your right..but!"
"hm?"
"I wanna make sure, if you wanna be my boyfriend.." of course he could be a dumb, but it was a cute kind of dumb. The kind that'd make Akaashi's heart race.

"of course Bokuto-san" he placed another quick peck on the others lips.

"thank you Akaashi.."

hello again loves! <3 how are you all today? Take care of yourselves ! :D how was this chapter, I feel pretty proud considering this is my literal OTP. I'm a sucker for bokuaka. I'm thinking of doing levyaku next, just feeling the mood (/ù^ù)/. anyways! Take care everyone and stay safe!
