It's already been a month since Yuto started university but he is still not used to the buildings. He is now searching for the room where he was supposed to audition for the band. The band senior he met before gave his number to contact but as a member of the introvert community Yuto firmly believed it's better to get lost than calling someone.
"Hey Yuto, you came early", the senior from before greeted him in the hallway.
'My guardian angel', Yuto thought before wishing him back.
They talked on their way to the studio mostly Changgu did the talking and Yuto did the nodding.
Changgu introduced Yuto to the other three in the studio and he never expected the drummer Yanan to be taller than him.
"Changgu told us you are a bassist", Jinho the tiny hyung but the eldest of them all.
"Yes", Yuto said. He was then asked to play a song he prepared.
"Yuto, we will let you know about the results", Shinwon,another tall senior who plays keyboard, said with a smirk. 'Why everyone here is so tall' Yuto thought before looking at others then, 'okay not all'.
"Yeah yeah we have so many people auditioning", Yanan rolled his eyes.
'Why did he roll his eyes? Why am I here again? I should be in my room watching anime', Yuto was confused. He decided to look for help from Changgu but his guardian angel just smiled at him, 'why is he always smiling?'
Yuto decides to run away from this place and never come back, Jinho smiles at him for the first time in the whole evening.
"I'll ask Changgu to send you our practice schedule", Jinho informed Yuto.
"So am I in?", Yuto asked.
"Welcome to 9moods", Changgu said.

Changgu sent a Yuto band practice schedule that evening. He was also added into group chat which is usually quiet unless Changgu takes upon it himself to send funny videos.
Everyone welcomed Yuto in the band. Yuto felt comfortable with them. After a week with the band Yuto noticed Jinho can be scary sometimes, Shinwon is the mood maker of the band and Yanan and Changgu are an inseparable duo.
"Hey guys are you free this friday night?", Jinho asked when they were packing after practice.
"Movie night?", Changgu excitedly said.
Yuto looked at Jinho for.more information. Jinho nodded at Changgu before adding, "We always do movie night once in a while".
"Group bonding they say", Yanan said.
"I don't have plans, I'll join", Yuto said, earning a hug from excited Changgu.
"Please don't let him choose a movie this time", Shinwon said while pointing at Changgu.
"Baby trust me I have great taste in movies", Changgu said with a pout.
'Baby maybe I heard it wrong', Yuto thought.
Shinwon was about to reply back to Changgu before Jinho interrupted them saying he will select the movie this time.

I will pick you up after class meet me at parking - Jinho
Shinwon took Changgu out to repair Changgu's guitar. They will join them later. Jinho has to pick up Yanan and Yuto. They decided to spend the night at Jinho's. Yuto wants to come back to his room but Jinho insists on a sleepover.
"Hey", Yuto saw Yanan leaning on Jinho's car and Jinho on a call with someone.
"Let's get going, we have to pick my brother from his dance class then some snacks shopping", Jinho said after his call.

"I'm here", Jinho called his brother after parking his car before the dance studio.
A tall man appeared from the building. Yuto squinted his eyes to see him and almost cursed out loud when he realized who the tall man was.
'JUNG WOOSEOK'
Yuto can say the feelings were mutual when Wooseok entered the car and saw Yuto sitting there. But the only difference is Wooseok voiced it out.
"Why are you here?"
Jinho and Yanan seemed a bit confused with Wooseok's question. Jinho answers for Yuto before he can process whether it's a nightmare or real.
"He is our new bassist"
"Do you know each other", Yanan questioned them.
"Old friends", Yuto answered.
"Yeah old friends", Wooseok said but Yanan and Jinho failed to notice the sarcasm in his voice.
