Days had passed so fast.

It feels like yesterday when I first entered my new school, I couldn't realized another semester will end soon. Jungkook's siblings will graduate in just a few days as we both turned seniors next sem.

One more year of suffering in college and I'm done. I was thrilled. I don't hate studying, but I'm tired of it. I closed my eyes and drown myself to sleep.

I had a dream.

I was standing in a bright sunlight-—the kind of blinding clear sun that never shone on my new foggy hometown, Yin. I was looking at an old woman who looks like my mom, but much older than her.

Her hair was grey almost—white, wavy and long as mine. I smiled and she smiled at just the same time. I was about to ask her a question—-but she opened her mouth when I did, so I stopped to let her go first.

She paused, too, and then we both smiled at the little awkwardness.

"Lisa!"

It wasn't the old woman who called my name, so we both turned to see the owner of the voice. I actually didn't have to look to know who it was, this was a voice I could easily recognized even I was asleep. Or even dead, I bet. The voice I would walk through fire for—-Jungkook.

Even though I was always thrilled to see him, I panicked as Jungkook walked toward us through the glaring sunlight.

I panicked because I don't want other people know he's not a human. The brilliant sunlight were shattering off his skin into a thousand rainbow shards like he was made of crystal or diamond.

Well, the old lady might have noticed that my boyfriend glitters.

What was he doing?

The whole reason he lived in this hidden and coldest place in Jeju, was to be able to go outside in the daytime without exposing his family's secret. Yet here he was, heading gracefully toward me—-with the most beautiful smile on his face—-as if I were the only onehereHo

How I wished he could hear my thoughts, too, so that he could hear the warning I was screaming in my head.

I shot a panicked glance back at the old woman, and saw that it was too late. She was just turning to stare back at me, her eyes as alarmed as mine.

Jungkook was still smiling so beautifully that my heart felt like it was going to swell up and burst through my chest. He put his arm around my shoulder and turned to face the old woman.

The old woman's expression surprised me. Instead of looking horrified, she was staring at me uncomfortably.

She was standing in such a strange position—-one arm held awkwardly away from her body, stretched out and then curled around the air. Like she had her arm around someone I couldn't see, someone invisible.

Only then, as I looked at the bigger picture. Uncomprehending, I raised the hand that wasn't wrapped around Jungkook's waist and reached out to touch her.

My eyes widened when she mimicked the movement, but when our fingers should have met, there was nothing but cold glass.

It was me.
