LOVE AND ADJUSTMENT

Chapter 2

"Choro mujhe" He shouted..

"Sidharth chup kar jaa.." She shouted at him too still not leaving his arm rubbing it slightly to calm him down..

She caressed his face with her thumb trying to relax him a bit..

"Kya ho raha hai? Kyu bhadak raha hai.?" She said..

"Nai pata mujhe.." He said, getting away from her hold and sat on the couch 🛋

She took the plate of food and sat next to him.. Took a bite of roti with the chutney and he obeyed and ate it.. He loved it but he was acting cold and wasn’t talking to her..

She didn’t complain again and fed him till her was full and went to keep the plate back into the kitchen..

He thought she’d come back but she didn’t and he became restless 😬 again.. When she didn’t come back for another 10 minutes he went out and found her sitting on the couch 🛋 in the hall hugging her knees and her face dipped in..

He grabbed her hands and pulled her in a hug 🤗

"I am sorry Baby.. Pata nai kyu aisa ho raha hai.." He said rubbing her back gently..

She broke the hug and looked at Him.. He wiped her tears 😭 and she asked him, " Kya pareshan kar raha hai tujhe? Mere sath time ni mil raha hai isliye aisa behave kar raha hai han? Mujhe bhi nai mil raha hai tere sath time.."

"I miss you so much Baby" he said as he didn’t know what to say..

She was hurt 😔 even after understanding everything and not getting on his nerves every time he was upset..

She broke the hug 🤗 and went back to their room took clothes for both of them and changed and slept..

Sidharth checked on his mom once and came back and found Sana asleep 😴 already..

He thought not to do much and he hugged her from behind spooning her, he lay close to her.. He wanted to be close to her.. He missed her cute senseless banter, her innocence.. He missed pacifying her.. He asked himself that why is he getting upset when all she’s doing is supporting him.. He loved irritating her and then manaofying her..

He was so busy in his work that he didn’t realise this.. He thought to make it up to her.. He slept off inhaling her cologne and holding her all through the night.. He kissed her hair before sleeping 😴

It was a Sunday next day and a day off for both.. Sidharth had cancelled the shoot after taking his mom’s advice and Sana wasn’t aware of his day off..

She was beyond confused and hurt and shocked and she wasn’t even understanding what to feel.. She didn’t understand where was she wrong.. She let that go and decided to sleep it off thinking 🤔 he’d be fine once he sleeps too..

She woke up early and found herself in his arms and felt better.. She let go of him and directly went to Mom’s room.. Mom was awake and was reading the newspaper 📰"Good Morning Bache!" She wished her with a broad smile 😀 which made Sana feel more better..

"Good Morning Maa" She replied and sat next to her snuggling into her head resting on mom’s shoulder..

"Kya hua itni chup chup kyu hai?" She asked with concern..

Shehnaaz told her all what happened the other night..

"Arey mera bacha! Idhad aaja" She opened her arms pulling her into a hug..
