LOVE AND ADJUSTMENT

Chapter 18

The next morning both woke up fresh and smiling.. He hled her in his arms eyes still closed.. She happily snuggled into him.. He rubbed her arms, "Good Morning Hurt Gill"

He chuckled 🤭 "Good Morning Rondadh Shukla"

Both opened their eyes and laughed at themselves.. He pecked her lips and held her hand as she walked herself to the bathroom..

"Mai bahar hi hu.. Agar Kuch problem hua to bol"

"Relax Sidharth ab pain bhi nai hai.. Tu itna mat pareshaan ho"

He still didn’t leave and went in as she was Done ✅ and kept looking at her until she went out and sat on the sofa 🛋 by herself and went to freshen up..

They had breakfast with mom and then Mom went to Didi's place to prepare

sweets for the Holi Celebration and Sidharth was busy in making calls..

Baaz and Qiran came by lunch time and Sana sat with them..

Sidharth popped in after sometime, "Baby araam kar ab.. Sham me I've arranged for your sitting area"

"Khadi ho jaungi.. Kyu itna kuch kar raha hai.. Ab thik ho rahi hu"

"Ha bhai.. Mai rahunga iske sath.. Relax karo.." Baaz assured

"Arrangement ho gaya hai tumko apni manmani karni hai karo.. agar dard hua to please baith jana" Sidharth growled..

He went and sat next to Baaz and Sana rested her head on his lap holding his legs..

"Bebu mai tang aa chuki hu aise.. Please samjh.. Bas hua ab...Mai apne pair pe khadi hona chahti hu."

"Toh kaun rok raha hai.. ho jao khadi abhi se.. Ek do din ki aur baat hai plaster khul jaega.."

"Acha thik hai.. I am sorry.. Ab mai baith jaungi.. Promise!"

"Ha chal ab paka mat kar Yaar.." 

She snuggled into his leg more and rubbed his thigh.. He cooled down a bit.. 

After a while Sana dozed off to sleep as Sidharth wanted her to sleep.. 

Baaz took him out and said, "Bhai try karte hai.. Mai nai bol raha nikal do.. But doctor ko aaj dikha dete hai.. Abhi chalne lag gayi hai.." 

Even Sidharth couldn't see her like that so he somehow agreed.. He let sleep for sometime and then woke her up with a cup of tea.. 

"Baby.. Please jaag jaa.." 

He cupped her face and she kissed her palm.. She woke up in sometime and had tea.. He asked her to get ready and informed mom about it.. She agreed too.. Thought she wanted them to be safe and not go out on the Holika Dehen eve but she agreed because the clinic was close by.. Thankfully Sana rested a lot as told by Sidharth and the doctors.. So her ankle was almost fine and she could survive without a plaster.. She needed a crape bandage and the doctors asked her to wear flats and not to stand for long or jump or dance.. She pouted and Sidharth slid his arm around her rubbing it trying to make her happy.. 

The nurse removed the plaster and it was checked by the main doctor and they left for Home..

Mom came down and asked them to change and get ready.. They both got ewasy and looked 👀 at each other and were lost in each other's eyes.. 

He held her arms and caressed her hair and tucked it behind her ear and kissed her forehead.. He pulled her into a hug and snuggled into her neck pressing his lips on her shoulder...
