It all started in the school garden. Students were relaxing, reading, playing sports, and gossiping about their friends. Jaemin and Jeno were just sitting and laying down near the small lake, throwing pebbles towards it ; creating splashes that sounded relaxing. They were waiting for their prince, Renjun.
Renjun finally arrived with a Morky Lotter book, while fixing his glasses and pretending that his fluffy white pen was his magic wand that could blast out unicorns and butterflies. He kept on chanting gibberish, muttering out spells that sounded more like baby language.
The two boys giggled from afar when they saw the pictures they took of Renjun when he was reading the book alone in the bench. They added it to their collection, it was growing quickly everyday. Their obsession over him is getting very unhealthy. They kept it a secret to not scare their precious target.

Renjun never really knew what those two were up to. Besides being his cheerful classmates, they were always hanging together and smiling when they were with each other. Was Renjun jealous? That was an understatement. He wanted to have some friends like Jeno and Jaemin. He wanted to have some fun too. Little did he know that those cheeky smiles and giggles were about him.

Renjun inserted his book inside his dolphin themed backpack that his bestfriend, Chenle gave him. He cleaned up his pants and started to walk towards Jeno and Jaemin, he felt lonely just hanging out all by himself while reading his thick book of fantasies.
Jaemin nudged at Jeno's shoulder, looking at him with his eye and speaking with him through his looks and body language, telling Jeno that Renjun was walking towards them- or at least, near them. Jeno shoved their binder filled with Renjun's adorable pictures that they secretly took and placed it aside.
Renjun looked at them and had a face. He looked slightly dissapointed, he saw how the two boys looked tense when he was around, he felt guilty ; as if he broke their happy lil session talking about God knows what.The two boys always changed expressions when Renjun was around. Renjun walked closer, but then he stepped back, he didnt want to ruin their fun. He took a quick glance towards the other two and left and quickly took his dolphin themed backpack and ran to the school library ; his safe haven.
But even with all those fascinating and interesting book plots filling his mind, Renjun cant help but imagine what Jeno and Jaemin were talking about, and he was curious of the contents the dark green binder that they always bring together with them. Renjun felt as if his whole trip to the library was just a waste of time and effort to get rid of his curiousity.
Feeling bored-really bored, Renjun looked towards the kids who were playing and finally founded the duo he was thinking about before. He looked closely through the large windows and got a sneak peek about their binder ; the book that was filled with their happiness.
He saw tons of pictures of someone, and Renjun thought that those pictures looked slightly like him. But he shrugged those thoughts off and thought that his eyesight got worse and he should check his eyes to the optometrist, maybe he should buy a new pair of glasses...
Renjun was so deep in thought of planning a schedule to his optometrist, he didnt even realise the taps on his shoulder that was coming from Haechan, that stood next to him with a bag filled with tasty food.
"Hey Renjun,since school is over- do you want to eat in my place? But you should go and ask your mom's permission first ya know"
"Shut up Chan, ill go to your house after i place my bag at home and ask my mom, you can go ahead first, ill just walk there by myself, we are just a few blocks away so its not that far"
"Aight but bring your notes please, i fell asleep in class" Haechan awkwardly said- while crossing his hands.
Renjun snickered at Haechan and walked away towards the exit of the library. He jogged towards his home, which is also near his school. He panted as he has not ran this fast from school to home and he kept on clicking the door bell, annoying his parents that were trying to watch a movie.
"Yes injun, please wait for your mom to open the door~" his mother, Ten, sung. Renjun just greeted his mom and hugged her before turning towards his dad, Johnny to give him a hug too ; and receiving them back.
"Anyways, im not supposed to stay here longer cause im eating with channie, sorry mom, sorry dad" Renjun looked towards them and pleaded for permission.
"Its okay, just leave your bags here and bring your phone with you so you can call us " Johnny said, ruffling his son's hair. Renjun nodded and left his bags and took his binder filled with notes and his phone with him too. He gave them his goodbyes and ran towards Haechan's house.
Not realising two males watching his moves and taking more pictures here and there.

"if you want my notes, give me food, im starving Chan" Renjun pouted. Haechan reluctantly agreed and gave him a portion of the fried rice his mom, Taeyong cooked. Taeyong looked at them lovely, as if Renjun was also his son alongside Haechan.
When they finished eating their lunch, they headed upstairs towards Haechan's room to discuss about the lessons that he missed when he was sleeping soundly. Haechan was dizzy with the amount of material that he missed, and started to massage his temple while trying to understand Renjun's explanation. It sounded really complicated. Renjun laughed at his friend's confused expression ; he looked puzzled. "Haechan, if you're sick of this we can just continue this the other day"
"Either way my brain cant keep up with all of these, my brain has its own capacity and it has sadly reached its limits, Renjun." Haechan said, rolling his eyes.
"Whatever you say, Channie. I can't force you to grasp these materials all at once. I'm sure your brain needs rest"
"Did you just underestimate my brain's capacity? Let's just study again.."

A small laugh erupted from someone near Haechan's home. Precisely, near the bushes of his garden.
"You heard that? I think he just called him dumb" the person with the laughter said, whispering to the other side of the call he was in.
"Youre dumb too, idiot. Your laugh is actually loud, get out of there before they know they arent alone! How dumb could you be, next time just watch from the surveillance camera like me, in the safety of our home!"
"Aw, you miss me already? You want me to come back home, na?"
"No, stay out there as much as youd like, just make sure that you wont be caught. Please dont act stupid!" The person in the other side of the call whisper-shouted.
