I awoke to a major headache and my sight was blurry and it was hard for me to move my body and then I heard a voice talking to me, it was Kai's and then my sight started to form again and the more I blinked the more I could see the seductive man who was standing over my bed who I had only met a couple of hours ago.
"What the hell happened?" I said tiredly and tried to move but something was holding me to the bed and I looked and saw that my hands where tied to either side of the bed and that was the same for my legs.

"Kai I am already in so much pain please untie me and tell me what happened" I said.
" Firstly how do you know my name and secondly the guy we where with who was driving, Ethan seemed to have shot you on the right side of your stomach, thank the lord it missed all of your internal organs and that's about it" Kai said whilst again brushing his hair back with his hands and smiling politely.
"Well you see Kai or should I say Mr Black considering your father is my fathers enemy, I know your name because you and Ethan are quite the fighters, you're both extremely loud and can I just ask why does Ethan hate me?" I said trying to adjust my body.
"Please don't move you're going to hurt yourself even more and as for your question, I don't really know I guess because you're our enemy as you already said" Kai said sighing.
"Kai why are your being so nice to me?" I said confused.
"Because Chanel, I know none of this is your fault and really none of this involves you and I feel bad for you" Kai said rubbing his hand on his neck.
"Oh so you pity me that's why you're being so nice to me?" I said rolling my eyes.
"No no, you don't understand" He said frantically.

"May I ask you a question Kai" I said yawing.
"Shoot" he said then blushed as he realised what he just said.
"Oh my I am quite the fool" he said as he hit his hands over his face and then through his hair again which made me laugh then he smiled at me and said,
" You have a very beautiful laugh, and what's the question " he said whilst blushing again.
"Well, what does your father want from me and a strange question but how old are you?" I said without even realising the last bit.
"Oh uh... well you see I don't really know any of my fathers plans because he is a very despicable and is a man that does very unexpected things so I don't quite know, I'm sorry Princess, and as for your other question I am nineteen" He said with a smirk on his face.
"Okay" I said whilst closing my eyes and trying to rest.

"I'll leave you alone Chanel please call out if you need any help and when I mean callout I mean scream" He said winking at me. Just as he was about to leave the room that mimicked a hospital room, I called "Wait Kai"
"What's wrong?" He said looking concerned.
"What happened to Ethan? And again, how old is Ethan" I said afraid.
"Oh he just has a couple of bullets in his legs, he should be fine though nothing he cant handle or hasn't handled before, he's unfortunately up and walking now as we speak and Ethan's twenty four" Kai said whilst shutting the door and as he was about to exit the room I yelled "Thank you" to him and he smiled back at me and then left. I sighed then thought of everything that was happening at the moment.
