As I was about to open the door to the competition, I took a deep breath and went inside...
"(L/N) (Y/N) with her accompanist, please wait at the backstage. You'll be performing after them" said of the committee members to me and Gukaguka kun. I just nodded and went to the backstage. My head is seriously spinning because of my bad eyesight. But even if I wore my glasses, there would be a hight percentage that I'll have a panic attack due to stage fright. Nonetheless, I took out some medicine that I always brought in my dress and swallow, there's a secret pocket inside it for me to sneak in some medicine to decrease the dizziness of my head.
"Next participant, (L/N) (Y/N) and her accompanist, will be playing Caprice no. 5...." I heard my name being called, I took a deep breath and started to compose myself. As I walked towards the stage, I heard a loud bang from the door and some noises, it's probably the volleyball nembers. For all I know, they're probably done with the practice match and wanted to watch me. But even if they didnt watch me it's fine because this is also recorded... "Uwaaaaa is that (L/N) san / (Y/N) chan?!! " "so prettyyy" "Urusai Hinata bokeee" "Arara violinist chan is starting eyy"
Oke... First part.... Yes this is smooth, ok now do the staccato. Perfect.... As I was focusing my mind on the playing, I saw some colors on every melody I played, it guides me to know which melody am I wrong. But so far, I have'nt done any mistake. By the way, the colors that I'm now experiencing is a rare phenomenon that I always experience everytime I play some music. It's called synesthesia.
Since the piece started to end, I put my last effort into making the scene more memorable, I added some gestures. Done.....
I bow down with Gukaguka kun and we went to the backstage. I feel so giddy, I cant wait to know the results. Since this was a free piece, I played one of the hardest piece. It's not easy for people to just play and master it, unless you're a prodigy. I'd say that I'm not a prodigy though. It's called hard work. I believe that hard work could beat a genius and even a prodigy. This is my ideal and no one can't ruin it for me....
Time skip... By the way, I forgot to mention that after I play, it turns out that the volleball members just left because their coach and Takeda sensei reminded them that they have to catch up the bullet train. Me and Gukaguka kun have changed our atture into our uniform since you know it's unconfortable and I wore my uniform because I'm representing Karasuno High School. I only watched and stared blankly at the stage because it's sooo boring before they announce the winner.....
" And now, first place goes to (L/N) (Y/N), congratulations! You will receive 100.000 yen and a free student exchange program to Nekoma for 2 weeks!"
I jumped out of my chair and barely shouted "W-WHAT?!"
