Prologue

Unknown POV

"Huh? What do you mean by that?"

"Nothing. I was just talking to myself."

"So is it ready?"

"Yup, just need to add something."

;!*×&#&×_,#_÷&#&×€!, my lab partner for 3 years, grabbed a vial near him that had some sort of black ink in it. He put it into the I.V., and shot it in the chest of the subject. "Its done." He said finally, with a sigh.

We figured it was best to leave subject 309 be, since she couldn't possibly escape.

About 15 minutes later, a fire started near Subject 309's room. We quickly went to check on her, and to our surprise, she wasn't there. I then heard faint giggles before I felt a sharp pain in my back. I fell limp. It was her. I heard screams from my assistants, but I knew the chance of Subject 309 sparing their lives was very, very slim.

Those were my final thoughts before I blacked out.

Subject 309's POV

Allow me to introduce myself.

My name is (Y/N), and I have been experimented on my whole life since word got out of my soul trait. What it is, you may ask?

D e s p a i r.

Aaanyways, that doesn't really matter as of now~ After I was sure there was no more life left in it, I quickly left that hellhole that they call a lab with only my satisfaction and my hoodie, which I have kept with me for as long as I can remember. I didn't know where I was going, but I didn't care.

I was back.

A couple days passed by, and I heard two kids about my age start talking. I snuck up to where I wasn't noticed. Upon further inspection, I saw one of them had neck-long brown hair, brown boots and shorts, and a dark blue turtleneck with two purple stripes. Their eyes were closed for an unknown reason. The other was a goat-like monster, with green eyes, the same brown boots and shorts as the other, and a green turtleneck with three light yellow stripes.

'Interesting....' Was all that came to mind. I wonder in this place what kind of despair I could cause! I could wreak SO MUCH HAVOC!! I didn't even realise it, but I started to chuckle.That chuckle turned into a giggle, then a laugh, then a cackle. I was laughing so hard I was crying! My eyes started to swirl insanely.

But to my dismay, it appears they noticed...to put it bluntly.

Frisk's POV

As me and Azzy were talking, I heard a faint chuckle, and before I knew it, a laugh that was so loud, i could hear it for a mile away. It became nonstop. Me and Asriel in unison looked to the direction of the noise, and saw someone we have not even seen before.

A (Y/H) girl, with (H/L) (H/C) hair and an oversized black and white bear hoodie. The left was white, and had the appearance of a normal teddy bear, but on the other side, it was pitch black with a toothy grin, and a blood red colored thunder bold for an eye. She also wore black and white tennis shoes, colored the same as the bear. A laced choker surrounded her neck with a buckle of some sort tying it all together. She also appeared to be holding a bear plushie identical to her hoodie to her chest tightly. Her teeth were sharpened somehow, and her tongue stuck out it a confusing way.

"H-hey, what's so funny!" I yelled kind of annoyed at her unreasonable laughter. The girl's eyes darted to us, then to her bear, then all over the place frantically. She looked back at us with a worried expression on her face. Before we knew it, she darted away fast as a bullet. "Weird..." Asriel commented on our situation. That is when I realised something I had long forgotten. "Asriel! We're late for school!" I yelled frantically as he understood the issue and we dashed towards the school where we figured mom would be waiting.

A school, huh? 'Well, the original Killing School Life *did* take place in a school. It's in the name.' I thought to myself. I decided to follow them.
