(Y/N)'s POV

'Shit, ' I thought to myself as Frisk and Asriel's expressions changed from confused to outright fear. 'Well, no matter. If I can manage to get close to them, I can make them suffer from despair easier. ' "Oh my gosh!" Frisk exclaimed, worried for my so-called 'well being'. "Get up." Frisk ordered, all serious and stuff. I reluctantly got up, rubbing my eyes. "Whaat?" I said in a tired voice. "I didn't think it was that big a deal that I'm unsure where to go from here." Asriel then spoke up. "You can stay with us! We can take care of you!!" Asriel exclaimed, excitedly. Frisk nodded their head in agreement. "Ok, fiine, I'll stay.." I spoke reluctantly. "Well, what are you waiting for? C'mon!" Frisk cheered excitedly as they grabbed my hand and dragged me out of my despair.

As me, Asriel, and Frisk walked home, we all were silent. "So, what is your soul trait?" Frisk nervously asked me, trying to start up a conversation. For a millisecond, my face couldn't help but be in outright fear, then it reverted back to my usual expression. "Ehh? All of us have our own soul, what's so special about it?" I asked, in a sort of monotone voice. I already knew the answer, given the knowledge of all the soul traits my captors gave me. "Well, all the humans have different soul traits that represent who they are as a person." Asriel explained. "For example, my soul trait is determination." Frisk commented as I gave a soft chuckle. "Determination, you say? That explains a lot." I joked. "Fine, fine. I'll show ya mine if you want to know my soul trait that badly." I held my hand up to where her soul should be. My soul shone a darkish-greyish purple. This wasn't the normal shade of purple that Frisk or Asriel have seen, and I knew it. "I honestly don't know what it means, maybe you do?" I asked, sort of in an annoyed tone. and I couldn't help but bite my lip at the thought. "Sorry, no. Neither me or Frisk have seen a soul that shade of purple." Asriel spoke sadly. "That's alright, I enjoy not knowing. It makes things Interesting." I reassured, with the slightest smirk on my face.

We came across a spot where we had to cross the road. I saw a girl with pale skin and pink eyes. She had a lighter shade of brown hair similar to Frisk, but it grew pink at the tips. She wore all pink and purple attire. I don't mind it but it nearly burned my eyes at first. Then, noticing the situation, my heart stopped. She was about to be hit by a speeding pink car! My heart raced so fast it could've exploded! 'What will happen? ' 'What kind of hope or despair will my new 'friends' face? ' I kept thinking these dark thoughts with the slightest smirk on my face.

Then, all of a sudden, like the 'hero' Frisk probably thinks they are, they swoop in at the last second and save this girl with a shield the same shade of red like Frisk's soul color.  'What in the everloving fuck have I witnessed?' The girl looked amazed and hella ignorant. "That was awesome!" she cheered, excitedly. 'Oh, *THAT'S* the weirdest thing you have seen today? Prepare to be f u c k i n g  a m a z e d, pinky, ' I thought to myself, half listening to this girl ramble. Apparently her name is Betty, and she had a pink soul, and didn't know what it meant. ' Her name is Betty and she has a pink soul. Judging off of what knowledge my captors gave me, she has to be the fear soul. And I'm pretty sure she knows it, because you can't bullshit a bullshitter. ' I concluded. "I think I gotta go now, bye Frisk!" she said as she skipped off cheerfully. ' I could let her wreak havoc here, but that would probably ruin *my* plans... ' I thought to myself. Then, I got an idea! I could "befriend" Betty! "Heya, I think I have to go somewhere, cya later Frisk and Asriel!" I cheered with a....what you would call..... a "grin" on my face. "Alright! If you need us, this is our home! Be sure to stop by soon!" Asriel said while he and Frisk waved goodbye. I did the same, and rushed off to find Betty.
