I can't face work, not today, I'll call in say I'm sick, even though everyone knows that I am never sick or ill. Eliza is bound to notice something's up, and the last thing I need is her coming round here and seeing me on my bed under a sheet, stalking her latest updates on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook using my laptop, home computer and phone all at once. I understand "no fear" but I don't understand how to "follow through". I don't even know if I truly love Eliza anyway. Sure she's got beautiful deep eyes and a gorgeous smile and bouncy red hair that is now my new favourite colour and maybe I have come to see that the highlight of my day is the moment she steps into my office looking more beautiful than sh did the day before......... but she is with Freddy, her dream guy, with a gelled swoop and a rock hard perfectly chiseled body, any girls dream guy. I have to admit it I am an idiot that is stuck well and truly into the friend zone! A text came through on my phone.

I was dreading the party! The last thing I needed to see was Eliza giving Freddy a New Years kiss and then non stop making out. Then later see a selfie of the both of them on every type of social media Eliza has tagged with the description "after sex selfie". The thought made me wanna throw up. But I had no choice I had to go. I wasn't going to make an effort, it is only a casual event, I'll wear my jeans and my deep blue t shirt and at all costs I will avoid Eliza, so I don't embarrass myself in front of her.
