The rain poured heavily down onto the house. The sound echoed throughout the home, making a soothing and calming feel. The walls were covered in pictures of Germany and his, what's remaining, German family. In a lot of them there was a small blue girl always smiling and probably laughing. Every picture, she was standing and/or sitting next to Germany. She was really small and looked like a boy in the pictures. That was Dechito. A cute and petite country.

Dechito was a barely noticed country and Had actually never been in wars. She never was involved in them for she was practically non-existent to the other countries. It hurt her that no one knew of her as the blue and white flag with a blue flower in the middle. She had a very small population but was quite successful in her economic development...until a country she didn't know found her land and stole it, killing everyone. She fell fast down the rabbit hole and was now owned by a country she yet didn't know the name of.

Reich had found her while at battle. One of his soldier found her hiding in a log, dirty and sick and had brought the little child to Reich. Luckily Reich was feeling nice that day and decided to keep her alive And keep her as his own. When he came home he just told her she was living there for now on and that Germany was now going to be her friend. Reich never said brother or sister since they weren't related and Reich honestly hated Dechito but did it for his sons sake.

Dechito didnt care if Reich hated her because that meant Reich would be leaving Germany alone and focusing all his anger at her. She cared about him and wanted Germany to be safe and feel loved. She was crazy about Germany ever since she saw him. She knew immediately that she had to love him unconditionally and keep him safe from that evil monster. But yet again if it weren't for the evil monster she wouldn't be there and probably dead with Germany still getting hurt.

"Dech!" Germany ruined the silence and called for the small one. He looked around standing in the living room, holding a book. It was about planets and the solar system. After a couple of seconds of silence he shouted again. 2 seconds after that there was a loud thunk and clank of the broom falling and hitting the kitchen floor.

"I'm coming!! I'm coming" a sweet voice responded. Germany briefly saw a peice of her, fluffy, short, bright blue hair fly behind the couch. He chuckled. Dechito ran out in front of him and looked up at him. "What is it!" She huffed and was panting. Since she had short legs it was hard for her to even run. Dechito wore a yellow oversized T-shirt and black biker shorts. Her blue fluffy hair a mess like it always was. The German bent over a little and held the book in front of her.

" look what i found!" He smiled when Dechito smiled wide and quickly snatched the book. She opened it and flipped through the pages. Her eyes immediately filling with wonder and amazement. Dechito had a fascination with the stars and just space in general. She closed the book and jumped and hugged him. Germany laughed. " your welcome Dech" she nodded and hopped off him. She looked back at the book before quickly running up the stairs to her and Germanys room.

"I gotta put this away! Then I'm gonna ask you something so stay put Germany " she yelled as she quickly  ascended the staircase. Germany liked to see her smile since he knew that she experienced violence and almost too much violence ever since she moved in. But he knew she had to stay there other wise shed have no where to go or even worse..die. She was a small 15 year old that could be easily mistaken for a 10 year old boy. The stomping of her footsteps coming down rapidly made him chuckle a little. She was basically a 10 year old in a 15 year olds body. She looked at Germany and plopped onto the couch.

They stared at each other, waiting for at least one of them to speak. After a couple of seconds Germany finally broke the silence. "Sooo what did you want to tell me?"
