It had been two hours since Germany got accused. The rain had stopped and the air was hot and damp now. Dechito stared out the window as people slowly started to glide out from their homes and onto the streets with their kids or lovers. The kids would laugh and run down the sidewalk, pretending to be airplanes or speeding cars. She sighed knowing she couldn't do that for what was going to feel like forever.

She was mad at Germany because if he  didn't give her the book right then , then she would be able to go. She was mad that he tried to take her stuff , and if he didn't they wouldn't be in trouble for- She couldn't stay mad at him. It wasn't his fault! Dechito rested her head on the window and closed her eyes. The window was still cold from the rain. The tears on her face were still fresh and She looked tired. It was quiet and calm. She didnt even realize she had fell asleep. softly she slid down from the top of the couch and onto the cushions, where she lay sleeping. The barely noticeable snores existed her mouth.

Meanwhile, Germany sat in his bed looking at his phone. He had nothing else to do except to just be bored. He sighed and continued to browse through social media. There was nothing interesting so he turned his phone off and set it down next to him before rolling over and staring at the ceiling. It was blank and boring, still and stiff. Just like every other ceiling in the house. He groaned and covered his face with his hands.  After a moment of silence he looked at the window and saw the sun starting to peek through.

"That little sucker was right" he Chuckled out. Germany sat up and looked at his phone then at the window. He sighed and grabbed his jacket and phone. He knew this was going to have horrible outcomes if he got caught but he just had to. He slowly walked down the stairs and looked for Dech. Once he spotted her sleeping on the couch he started to double think about his decision. He quickly snapped himself out of thinking on the bad side and rushed over to her. He hesitantly poked her, trying to wake her.

Dechito grumbled And moved a little like she was actually doing something to make him go away. He sighed in defeat and tired again but the words wake up followed. One her eyes opened and she looked directly at him. She looked away and closed her eyes. She was mad at him but she just couldn't help but not be mad. She tried to hide a smile but failed miserably. Germany saw the smile and chuckled, knowing she was messing around. "Dech...wake up!" She opened her eye again and stared at him.

"Why?" She softly spoke, obviously still tired.

"Because I'm taking you to the park. Or at least taking you to go somewhere " he said almost in a whisper. Her eyes had a spark of excitement but it soon faded away as if she remembered what Reich had said. Germany caught onto this and commented on it. " look i know he said you couldn't go but have you seen outside? You were right about it clearing up so i think you deserve a reward"

Dechito blinked and shook her head."no-"

"Why!?" He was shocked by the response she had made. She never turned down a request like that. "What do you mean by 'no'?"

"I mean no......I'm not willing to be caught by the Evil Monster. " she grumbled and closed her eyes, shuffling a little to get comfy again.

" but i am! For you. Aren't you seeing what I'm getting at?" He asked, getting sort of annoyed. She was silent and didnt say a word. Germany stared at her, waiting for a response but got nothing. "Fine" he backed off and started to head to his room.

"WAIT!" She jumped up and off the couch. "I'll go ill go!"Germany turned around and looked at Dech who was standing there, smiling a little. He laughed, since he knew she was going to do that. He walked back down the stairs in which he could barely do so since Dechito had already grabbed his arm and was already pulling him out of the house. As soon as the door opened the smell of wet grass filled their noses and the damp, hot air blanketed them. She squealed in excitement and let go of Germany before running out onto the sidewalk.
