based on the Jealousy Book 1 Scene after Renjun picks up Jaemin from the bar!!

Renjun huffed as he supported himself with one arm on the door and kicked off his slippers to wear his home slippers. "Jaemin take off your shoes." Jaemin hummed and kicked them off almost kicking Renjun's shin. "Sorry Renjunnie." He smiled, Renjun hated the smell of beer on Jaemin. The smell made his face scrunch up and want to cough. He held quickly let him to their bedroom and dropped him on the bed. Making Jaemin groan, "renjun?" He grabbed the shorter's wrist. "Yes?" "Can we talk? About us?" He sat up, blinking his eyes one after the other. "Tomorrow we can. You should sleep." He took his wrist back and walked out the room, only to hear footsteps follow him. "Jaemin go to bed I already said-" he turned around to see Jaemin on the verge of crying. "Why are you crying?" He walked back to him, creasing his cheeks.

"I-I don't want to be like this Renjun." He sobbed, looking down at the blonde. "I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I don't want to hurt you anymore because it hurts be even more to see you like this." He choked up, wiping his nose with his sleeve. "I'm really trying to be the best for you and I love you so much I don't want to give up. If I'm doing something wrong to deserve this tell me. I can't take it anymore Renjun!" His tears were everywhere, drenching his cheeks and onto Renjun's fingers and hands.

Renjun didn't realize how hurt Jaemin has been, the fact he was just enduring it all because he was afraid to face the truth if something was really wrong between the two. The way Jaemin always pretended to be happy and okay with their relationship around others and even infront of him when really he was hurting and blambed himself for everything wrong he felt. The older gulped, wiping his tears with his pajama sleeves. "Don't cry anymore." Renjun tippy toed to kiss his cheeks, "you didn't do anything wrong. I just didn't consider your feelings, it's my fault. I didn't thinn you felt this way so I thought it was all normal the way we acted." He creased Jaemin's cheek with his thumb, "we're perfect the way we are Jaemin. You're perfect the way you are and I'm perfect the way I am." He kissed his lips.

Jaemin sniffled, smiling a little. "I'm so glad." He chuckled, leaning down to kiss him again. "I was so afraid you're getting tired of me." Making Renjun smile, "how can I?"

yayyy an update

i was originally planning on making this smut but i realized it wouldn't fit the setting/plot of what you just read if i added smut to them making up! Since i wanted to focus on being soft between the two :(
