The next morning, Y/N woke up to laughter and unicorn-shaped pancakes. This was different but nice.

"Good morning!" Y/N walked in with her plate of pancakes and bacon.

Mirae's eyes lit up when she saw her, "Y/N!"

"Morning." Yoongi smiled.

"Appa, can you tie my hair up?" Mirae asked.

"Yes." Yoongi reached over to her with a pink hair tie on his wrist and did his best twisty bun.

Already a highlight of Y/N's day. Watching her boss being a dad...FUCKING CUTE.

"Y/N, agenda?" He requested.

She ate a piece of pancake, "one meeting for you, and a delivery for me. That's it."

"Good, good." He nodded.

But when it came time for him and Y/N to leave for the meeting, Mirae became upset.

"Don't leave!" She stomped her foot.

"We'll be back in an hour." Her dad kissed her forehead.

Namjoon came in the front door, wheeling in a unicorn, "look what I have! A unicorn you can ride!"

"WOAAHH!" Mirae's attention went fully to the unicorn with wheels under its hooves.

"Come on, come on." Yoongi pulled Y/N's arm and dragged her outside before his daughter could see them leaving.

Hobi waited in the passenger seat, ready to get to the meeting.

"I really wish I didn't have to leave her, I hate doing that. At least tomorrow is open, right?" Yoongi got into the back.

"You don't have to leave tomorrow, but you do have to take inventory and get the shipment from Russo." Y/N strapped in.

"That's fine," her boss said.

————————

Y/N dropped Yoongi and Hobi off at the house and left to make her delivery by herself.

"Miraaeee!" Yoongi called her.

"Appa!" She sprang off the couch and went to hug him. "Hi, Uncle Hobi." She hugged him too.

"Hi, sweetheart." Hoseok always smiled like sunshine.

"...where's Y/N?" The little girl asked, peeking behind her dad.

"She went to work for a little bit. She'll be back soon," he told her.

"No! I want to see her!" She pouted.

Her father kneeled down to her, "I'm sorry, but you're going to have to wait. How 'bout we go color? And then give you a bath."

"Mmm...ok." She sighed.

When coloring, Mirae was the very best at it. This girl can ombré the colors, shade, and highlight. Her coloring sheets are pieces of art...and then there's Yoongi. She tries to talk him through coloring, but he can't seem to do what she says.

Right now, she's trying to teach him how to shade and it's not going well.

"This is where the shadow would go, so color a little harder. Not too hard," she said.

Yoongi took his crayon and applied a bit more pressure, too much pressure for Mirae's liking.

"No," she groaned, "that's too hard. Scratch that off."

Her dad scribbled over it.

"Appa, no! Scratch it with your nail!" She slapped her palm to her forehead. "You suck at coloring."
