Scourge x Reader

Chapter 1: Encounter

Author P.O.V.

You lay awake on your bed in your lonely house. You sigh and look over at the clock I've been awake for three hours now. You then get up and get ready for school, you put on a (c) shirt and black jeans. Then you head to the bathroom but when you look in the mirror you can't help but feel like something is missing . A feeling of wanting something, needing something. Heading out of the bathroom you catch a glimps of the picture on your desk. The wooden framed picture displayed you side by side with someone, their face being scratched out so you couldn't see it. You had always felt like the whoever was in that picture ment a lot to you. A friend? A sibling? You couldn't remember, your past was pretty blury, all you could remember a cold lab and whenever you tried to remember anything else you got a sudden feeling of dread. You shake your head of the thoughts then pick up your bag from the floor by your front door. Walking down the neverending sidewalk you glance around, seeing your others with their friends talking and smiling. Recognizing some of them as the assholes that push, trip and laugh at the 'weaker' students. You head over to the nearest cafe in hopes to dodge them and because you wanted to get some breakfast because the school food sucks. You wait in line and turn to glance out the window, seeing the passing traffic. You get you food and drink (coffee/tea) and head out deciding to eat while you walk. Once you get to the front of the school you throw away your trash then take a breath and go through the rules in your head. No eye contact, they are not your friends, just try to survive. The first bell rings and you reluctantly head to class. The teacher starts the class but you feel too tired so you don't bother to pay any attention and look out of the window.

Your P.O.V

I see a meadow in the distance and I wish I could be there instead of being in this boring school with these stupid mobians. (yea your not a mobian which makes you unique, well technically you could be but you were made in a lab so you don't consider yourself a true mobian) The teacher then hands us our work and I decide to start it to at least have something to do. I feel like I'm just floating out of my body through the rest of this class and the next two. The lunch bell rings and I feel so relieved. I speed to my locker to put my things away. I look at the copy of the picture from home. I really gotta figure out who this is, running my hand over the picture I sigh. Then I head outside and sit under a tree enjoying the peace. Sitting down in the shade I grab my food out of my bag. I began to eat my lunch; a hamburger, a bottled soda and two brownies from the batch that I made last night. I always brought my own lunch so I could avoid everyone mixed with the loud sounds in the cafeteria.

Scourge's P.O.V (WARNING: a LOT of swearing)

The lunch bell fuck yeah! I have been starving all through this shitty class oohh fucking finally! I grab my shit and race out of class so I can finally eat and to avoid Fiona, that stupid bitch. She thinks that she is my girlfriend and always tries to hold my hand, get romantically physical, take me on dates and even tried to kiss me. Now I know how Sonic feels with Amy. It fucking sucks! I almost feel bad for him. Heh LIKE HELL I'LL EVER FEEL SYMPATHY FOR THAT BLUE FUCKER. Knowing Fiona doesn't enjoy being outside that much in summer, I decide to head there just to be safe. I look for a place to sit and enjoy my meal when I see the my crush. SHIT! WHY?! DAMN IT, you know what? FUCK IT. I just stand there for a second then decide to walk over. I hope I don't fuck this up.

Your P.O.V

Finally some peace. Then I look up ever so slightly and I see someone green coming towards me. Just great. I prepare myself for whatever insult I might get or if they try to put up a fight. I was already used to the bullying even though it didn't happen that often. But then they, well he sat beside me. He looked like Sonic but a nice green, he had a black leather jacket, red sunglasses and two scars on his chest that I quickly took a glance at. He seems kinda cute. Wait a damn minute what if he is a jerk? "What is a beautiful thing like you doing out here all alone?" he asked. I slightly blushed and looked down confused as hell. Did he just call me beautiful? This is a trap. This is a trap. This is a trap.

Scourge's P.O.V

I see a little blush form on her cheeks and I grin. Cool I'm getting somewhere and I'm not fucking this up either. We then talked for a bit as she ate her lunch. Holy shit I'm actually talking to her! Before I had a chance to say another flirty remark the stupid bell rang, marking the end of lunch and everyone started to go back to class. My stomach grumbled loud, I blushed slightly out of embarassment and put my hand over my stomach as I looked away. Crap I didn't get my food this morning but at least I got to spend this time with her. I think she noticed my now visible hunger. To save myself from any further embarrassment I sighed and started to get up to go back to class. But then I felt myself being stopped.

Your P.O.V

I hear the bell ring and soon after I hear his stomach grumble I take a quick glance at him and see him blush and look away. I figure that he is a little embarrassed and think that it's a little cute. Poor thing he didn't get to eat. Wait I have two brownies I can give him one. I quickly reach into my bag and grab the brownies. I manage to stop him just as he is getting up. I stand up while holding onto his arm and I quickly give him both brownies. He needs it WAY more than I do.

Scourge's P.O.V

She handed me two brownies wrapped in a napkin. I happily took them knowing I wouldn't have to starve for the last few hours of school. I then rushed to class but also took some time to get there so I could let the blush I had on my face cool down. Oh god my crush on her just became more intense.

Author P.O.V

The day continued as you couldn't stop thinking about him. You had asked to be excused to the restroom once you got there you started to blush madly in one of the stalls. There was a constant thought you had: What is his name? All that time talking and I never got his name, wow way to go me. Once you got yourself together you washed your face to cool down for you had never blushed before so much and he was so nice. Then you took a deep breath and went back to class. Meanwhile Scourge happily munched on the brownies savoring every delicious bite, while also smiling to himself the whole time, getting weird glances well more like glares and teases from EVERYONE in class.

~A Few Hours Later~

Author P.O.V

The final bell rung for the day as everyone scurried out of the building. You were at the gate of the school when you felt a tap on your shoulder. Surprised, you turned around and it was him. A sweet smile formed on your face as he grinned widely. "Hey uhhh.... thanks for the brownies they were delicious" he said while rubbing the side of is arm. "No problem, glad you enjoyed it" you said while blushing a bit. Just then Fiona came out looking for Scourge like a lost puppy. "Shit! I have to hurry and go now" he said. "Wait what's your name?" you ask. "My name is Scourge" he says, looking at you with a smirk. He then ran down the steps of the school and head down the street as Fiona chases him. "Scourge" you say to yourself, chuckling before rushing back to your house. You both flop on your bed as soon as you make it home safely. Looking up at the ceiling you smile widely then covering your face you scream and kick your legs as you roll around on your bed. Meanwhile Scourge was sitting at the kitchen table too flustered to eat his lunch that he forgot. He looked up earning an eye roll from his few "friends" sitting across from him. Smiling back he then headed up to his room flopping onto his bed. You both say each others name as you both drift off to sleep.
