Chapter 14 - Heartbeat

Jacobs POV

" Please enlighten me. Does anyone know where she is?" I heard a voice from outside. Luca.

" Luca!" Cassie screached pulling him into a hug. " I'm so sorry this happened to you." she said. He nodded and walked in.

" It's nice to see you all again." he said with a smirk. " were any of you even going to attempt to go look for her?" he asked. Everyone was quiet. Except for the hunter. He just watched and chuckled here and there. Which made me want to rip his fucking head straight off.

" If you know where she is just say it" I snapped.

" I know where she is. Every second of every day. I'm always going to protect her. Unlike you."he said.

" You don't wanna go there" I snapped. Paul was holding me back, along with Seth.

" She's on the edge of a cliff." he said. My heart stopped. Esme looked at Carlisle. Bella looked at Edward. Alice was the first one to run out of the room.

" Dammit" Alec said

" You guys should look out of her. Your her circle. Your suppose to be there for her" I snapped. As we walked to the cliff, they were all quiet. I listened as the twigs and leaves snapped under my feet.

" She's gonna be ok dude" Paul said. I nodded. But she wasn't. She's broken, and I haven't been doing to fix it. The pack, the Cullens and her circle are the only ones she has. I'm the only one she trusts.

"You guys really don't know?" Luca asked them. I just listened. " You'd think we should be hurrying a little like Alice was. But no, Luca insisted, just to give her a little more time. When she's on the edge of a fucking cliff!

" She has individual magic." he said. I smiled. Emily is the most amazing person in my life.

My head snapped as I heard Emily and Alice running back to the house. I sighed.

" They thought I was going to jump?" Emily asked. I smiled. She wasn't going to jump.

" Aparently" Alice said.

Emilys POV

" So, you're going to kill him?" I asked. Edward nodded. " Thank you" I said looking down at him. I placed my hand over his temple by force. Someone wanted me to see what he knew. I guess it couldn't be that bad. It'd help a lot.

 I closed my eyes, but they still wandered, through everything in his brain. It was all about me. He wasn't the circle's hunter. He was mine.

I saw my mom and my dad. My real dad. We were in forks, 17 years ago. I was just a baby only about 2. I watched as they kissed eachother, they knew it would be the last time.  I looked past them at the five people holding children behind them. A six year old, a five year old, a three year old, me, and a just born baby. What the hell.

" You gave the book to your mother?" My dad asked. My mother nodded. She grasped his hand tightly.

" You make sure that they grow up far apart from eachother, do you understand?" My mom said. " Make sure they all have their own circle before it's time." My father added. I listened as they both recited a spell, and ancient spell. Then everyone split. They all turned into purple clouds, holding the children. I pulled my hand back. I steped back from him and looked up at Edward. Who was reading my mind.

" Oh my God" I whispered

" Oh my God" Edward said.

" Oh my God" Alice said. Everyone stared at us.

Jacob held my hand.

" I think i'm gonna be sick." I said running outside.--

" Luca, did you know?" I hissed wiping off my mouth. Jess and Jacob stood behind me.

Luca stayed quiet. " How could you not tell me, your one of my bestfriends." I cried.

" Emily what's going on?" Jacob asked. But I didn't respond. Luca came up and tried to grab my arm, ignoring Jacob's growling.

" Don't touch me" I hissed holding my hand infront of me.

" I wansn't allowed to tell anyone. Once I figured it out. The elders said I wasn't allowed to. Otherwise I would've told you" he said. I sighed.

I had people. Besides everyone here. I had a family. I concidered the pack, my circle, and the Cullens my real family since I got here. But I can't just leave them. I need to find them. I have to find them.

" Emily" Jacb said as he spun me around to face him. " What the hell is going on ?" he asked.

" They're alive "
