The sun starts to rise over the crazy noisy bizarre town of Morioh. The sound of birds chirping and leafs blowing in the wind fill the air. The peaceful sleep of Yoshikage Kira is interrupted by the annoying whining of Kars.
Kars: Kira he's doing it again!
Kira too tired to argue with Kars lets out an annoyed "go tell Pucci".
Kars: Pucci! He'll just tell me to leave Valentine alone and let him make his stupid speech about napkins. Napkins! Why did you even let that weirdo live here he's just making speeches about napkins to himself.
Kira: If Pucci says to leave him alone then do that and let him make a speech about napkins, sometimes those speeches are good.
Kars: But if he's going to make a speech about napkins then he can do it in the coffin you and Pucci found him in, it's basically his room anyway.
Kira: He nearly suffocated when he was in there.
Kars: He should've. And he's using the whole dining room to do it. There's no one else even in there it's just him!
Kira now not able to sleep gets out of bed and does his morning routine with Kars waiting for him outside the dining room to show Kira, Valentine's speech about napkins.
Kars: Kira hurry up!
Kira: Ok I'm ready now show me what's been annoying you.
Kars: About time, should've just gotten Diavolo to use his time skip.
Kira walks down the stairs and opens the door to the dining room. As he turns the knob the door slowly starts to creek as it is opened. Kira opens the door fully, and is met with the observation of Funny Valentine giving a speech about napkins to an audience of Pucci, Diavolo, Wamuu, Hol Horse and even Diego Brando the next door neighbour.
Kira: Seems like he has an audience it would be a shame to ruin it now Kars, just go back to the attic.
Kars: I can't believe this, you would tell me "the ultimate life-form" to go to my room! Wamuu lets go Europe I need a vacation from these people.
Wamuu: But he's getting to the best part of the speech.
Kars: Now! I might even to make a stone mask for horses if you wanted.
Wamuu: Vampire horses! Lets go!
Pucci: Shush.
Wamuu: Sorry Pucci.
Kars and Wamuu left Kira's house and went to Europe and made a stone mask for horses. Valentine's speech about napkins went on for hours into day mostly because he repeated the speech because Pucci and Diego demanded to hear again. After finishing the speech for the 50th time Diego and Valentine went to America to give his in public and to get it printed in the newspaper. Diavolo and Doppio went back to their closet bedroom to play on the SNES Giorno gave to Diego and Valentine to help them understand the technology in the modern world. And Yoshikage Kira went to work late because he listened to a speech about napkins.
