"Can't we just stay like this forever? I need you." He pleaded.
"I can't stay."
"Why?"
"I have a flight tomorrow morning, I'm going to the States."
"Why didn't you tell me?"
"I didn't have time." He was broken. He felt like he was hopeless.
"Is it because of me?"
She furrowed her eyebrows, "It's not your fault that I'm leaving, okay? I'm doing this for both of us. For my own good too."
"When will you come back?"
"Sooner or later. I promise you that." She smiled sadly at him as she caressed his cheeks with both of her hands.
She tipped toed and kissed his forehead, "Goodbye, Yeonjun-ah." She looked at him for the last time.
Red eyes, quivering lips, his breaths fogged because of the cold weather. He looked at you, too.
"I don't want to, but I love you."
He lets her go for her own good. She lets him go for his own good. The both of them did that so that they could love each other when they're ready. The both of them did that because they love each other.
