Chapter 1
I was putting the last finishing touches to my hair , bobby pins ,
hairspray and brushing it ect when i heard my girls beeping outside to
pick me up. Jasmin had just got her drivers licence and her mom bought
her a blue mini cooper. Luckily there were only 3 of us and her
otherwise we wouldn't fit in her car. Not surprisingly it was hot out
(We were all on vacation in Melbourne Australia). I was wearing my new
pink skater skirt and a black belly-top that said 'Typically Pink'. I
hopped in the car and all of them looked drop-dead gorgeous! We were
going shopping in town square.
The first shop we went to was bath and bodyworks , we all wanted to
get eos lip balms and pocket bacs. After spending almost an hour
looking for lip balms we went into a skater shop , just see if there
were any cute boys. Jasmin and i pretended we were looking at
converse and Abbie and Cali were looking at snapbacks. Unfortunately
the shop was full of girls all looking for the same thing.
Boys! As there was none here we went out , however as we walked out
two of the hottest guys you will ever see walked in. We couldn't go
back because we just walked out.
We waited outside behind the palm trees until they came back out. The
two tall , tanned princes came out with new snapbacks and skateboards
and we saw them heading to the arcades so we followed them. That's
the reason we came to Melbourne in the first place. I saw them meet
up with 3 other boys , they were gorgeous too. We followed them in
and they were going on the dodgems. I had been on dodgems at least 20
times and Abbie too but Jasmin and Cali had never been on and were to
scared. They waited at the side with our tiny girly purses while me
and Abbie got our tokens and went to our 'cars'. I sat right next to
one of the boys which we now realised were twins and Abbie was next to
me and some random old man. The sirens went off and and it was
hilarious , we crashed into the boys at least 10 times on purpose and
we noticed how they we deliberately crashing into us too.
After it finished we met up with Cali and Jaz who were testing their
chances on the Claw machines. Cali had already won a bear , i swear
they had spent almost $20 on that stupid game. I was about to walk out
with Abbie ( we had now left Cali and Jasmin and planned to meet up in
an hour at Nandos) When i felt someone pull me back by the strap of my
bag.
I turned and saw the most perfect human ever smiling down at me. I was
in daze and found myself awkwardly staring at him. He cleared his
throat ," err i think you dropped this in your dodgem? Is it yours?"
In his hand he held my ring that i got for Christmas about 4 years
ago. "omg , yes thank you , i didn't even notice i lost it!". "Its
okay , what are your names?" His voice was low and had an amazing ,
sexy Australian twang. I was too busy putting my ring back on so Abbie
answered ,
"that's Chloe and im Abbie". His twin came over and looked us up and
down. His friends were looking over now "Jai , Luke! What are you
doing?!" His friend from near the basketball hoops shouted over. All
there accents were to die for.
His twin was now speaking to Abbie while i talked some sense into Cali
about the machines. "Where are you girls off too?" Abbie told them we
didn't really have plans and were just out for the day. By now all the
buff Australian boys were listening to the conversation. One of them
came over " if you have no plans why don't you come with us, were
going bungee jumping out in Melbourne somewhere? Its gonna be sick!"
Abbie and i looked at each other , we spoke to Cali and Jasmin and we
decided we had nothing to loose.
"i guess" You smiled at him and he smiled back. "We'll meet back here
at 12pm and we can take you?"
"yeh , i cant wait" Cali , Abbie and Jasmin already started walking
off , as i tried to walk away , Jai slipped a piece of paper into my
hand. He winked and walked away. Without even looking i put it into my
bag and caught up with the girls.
Abbie gave me an un easy look "Chloe? im not too keen on bungee
jumping... Can't we ditch them?" Cali nodded to say she felt the same.
"Well im game for it and ive always wanted to go bungee jumping?"
After a long conversation about how we promised to do everything
together, Jasmin and I were going to meet up with the boys and Cali
and Abbie were going to stay in the villa.
Jasmin drove everyone home and everyone got changed. Cali and Abbie
put their bikins on and I myself wore pink shorts and a yellow tye-dye
vest top. Not to toot my own horn but i looked good. Jasmin was doing
her makeup and i joined her. "Jasmin you look beautiful , now stop
hogging the mirror!" i stupidly shouted. 12pm (mid day) rolled around
and we were back at the mall at the arcades. There was no one in
sight. Had we been scammed? Were those hot boys fakes? I took out the
piece of paper that i put in my bag. It said :
'Meet me at Nandos , bring yourself only - JaiJai<3 '
"Hold on , im just nipping to the toilet, wait here incase they come".
I ran as fast as i could to Nandos , which wasn't that far and there i
saw Jai standing there in his tight tank and swimming shorts. I ran
over , "hi" i said shyly and smiled. His face lit up when he saw me
and asked where my friends were. "Abbie and Cali aren't coming , but
Jasmins at the arcades waiting to be taken to the bungee thing?"
" The boys said they'll be 10 minutes late so i got here early"
Before i could ask why , he pulled me in by my waist and started
kissing me. His lips were incredibly soft and he was an amazing
kisser. He started kissing my neck and back up to my lips. After about
8 minutes of pure kissing he pulled back. I was speechless. The only
word that came our my mouth were "Jai?". He smiled and said " im sorry
, but your so beautiful i couldn't resist" It was awkward a first ,
but then i realised i had so many feelings for him and i just smiled.
He smiled back - "Shall we go now?"
