We're going where?

Y/N's POV:
It was math class, and... From what I know... No one likes math. Actually, I'm pretty sure no one likes school. Either way, I was sitting in class, almost dozing off until I felt a tap on my shoulder. "A SQUARED + B SQUARED = C SQUARED!" (When you don't have a key for exponents-) Everyone stared at me with jumped faces. The teacher went silent for a while before responding "I..... That's correct...! But please, raise your hand next time." I blush and slump in my chair, embarrassed at what happened. I feel the tap again and this time, I turn around.

PJ's POV:
"Heh. You really are jumpy sometimes. Anyways, I was wondering... Maybe you and your friends wanna hang out later...? I can bring my friends as well. I promise they won't hurt you. I just wanted to know." Immediately after I said that I realized what I've done. I basically asked them on a date without thinking! Oh shit. What have I done. Y/N made a face that can make almost anyone think they're a child. They're pouting with their eyes looking at their nose. Cute.

Later that day...

Y/N's POV:
School ended and I texted PJ where to meet up. We exchanged numbers ever since I started the tutoring. Minutes later, he replied with "the tree next to the entrance. Don't forget friends". I smiled a little. It's good to know he at least acknowledges my friends. In our school, the only way to be remembered by jocks are to either be 1: their partner although that barely happens, 2: Be their homework person, 3: do something that'll stick in their mind for a LONG time, or 4: have a friend that's friends with other nerds. I called my friends to tell them to meet up at the spot. I was too excited to think anything will go wrong. It's gonna be perfect! What could possibly go wrong?

After a while, I see my friends looking for me and I shout "I'M OVER HERE GUYS!" Which attracted many people's glances. It's not everyday you hear or see a nerd shout or make any type of action that would get attention. Yet here I am, doing the unthinkable. My friends wave back however, and they come running. Lillie puts Paulie over one shoulder and came bolting. Ashley was looking at their phone but coming slowly. Splash walked a little more slower than usual... They would usually be skipping or skating or even rolling over to our friends when school's out and yet they're walking like something really REALLY terrible happened. But I know nothing happened..! They told me so in last period! So what could be wrong? "So I called you all here to tell you guys some news." I clap my hands together and the others exchange curious looks at each other. "PJ asked me if we wanted to hang out after school and I said yes!" I said it a little bit too quick but my friends must've understood because they were happy. Splash's glasses read 'cool' as they smiled but something came out from under their glasses. I'll ask about it later. Right now, we wait for PJ and his friends.

PJ's POV:
Ok. I can do this. It's just a time where we can hang out. Nothing more. Just... Just hanging out. Dear Asgore what happened to me. "So you guys ready to hang out?" "Well of course we are PJ! It's nice to hang out with our buddies." Undyne is her usual self. "But uh... Who are we hanging out with again?" "Huh? Oh. Just some people I know." I sound a little nervous and I PRAY no one notices. BP pops Skater's bubble gum. "Hehehe." "BP! Why the hell did you do that?!" The two of them started to play fight but I think Skater was actually trying to hurt BP. A little bit later, I can see Y/N and their friends. "Hey PJ!" They wave at me and most of their friends try to run but I see the color thing and hat child (haha. Color thing.) keeping them in place. Huh. This is gonna be fun. I wave back at Y/N and when my friends see me waving at a nerd, their eyes dart over to me and I feel myself start to sweat. Oh god please no. "Big inhale PJ OH MY GOD. ARE YOU DOING WHAT WE THINK YOU'RE DOING?!" My friends screamed in my direction yet everyone heard. They were now murmuring and whispering and gossiping about what that meant. I quickly put my hand down and hit my friends on the head. "Goddmanit you guys! Nothing is going on!" My friends merely snicker and giggle. This is so embarrassing... "C'mon guys. Let's just go. They're waiting." I drag them with me and I can see Y/N giggling a bit. Oh no. They're too cute-. The colored thing lowered their glasses and I see a pitch black void. Where is their pupils..?? Aren't humans supposed to have that? This might be a little harder than I think....

Y/N's POV:
"Hey there! I'm Y/N! Nice to meet you!" I hold my hand out and a fish lady shakes it. "Name's Undyne. Nice to meet you." Her toothy smile makes me happy. She seems like a determined person. "This is BP, Skater, and I think you know PJ." She introduces a cat and a purple monster that seems to be fighting. "W-well....! Isn't that..... Nice...... Uhhhh.... These are my friends! Splash," "'Sup!" Splash waves their hand once and the others wave back. PJ seems to be looking at their glasses... Hm. "Lillie," "Hiya!" Lillie tipped her hat a little. "This is Paulie," Paulie just nods a little. Shy as always, huh? "And I think you guys know Ashley." Ashley.... Ashley growled at them. Something really bad must've happened between them because all of the jocks looked away. Oh jeez. "So..... Where do you guys wanna go...?" I wasn't exactly told where we were going to go and I was starting to get curious. "Um...... We... We can go to.... To that cafe that's a block away...!" I squinted my eyes in suspicion but just said "ok!" We were off!
