Betty's POV

Today is the day of our 3rd scan and we can find out the gender today if we want to.

We've decided to have a gender reveal party are the wyrm and Toni is in charge of that.

We arrived at the hospital and sat down in the waiting room

"Elizabeth Cooper"

We headed into to our really nice doctor's room.

"Hello again guys"

"Hey Sophie"

Sophie, our doctor, and I had been messaging over instgram since our last scan at 12 weeks and we've become good friends seeing as she also had a baby young,Ivy who's now 4"

"So Betty, Jug here is your little baby and its growing very nicely it's a good size. Heart beat is lovely and strong and everything looks good. I'll write the gender down in an envelope for your gender reveal. Don't peek give it straight to Toni and I'll see you there. You don't mind if I bring Ivy do you?"

"Not at all she's welcome"

"Thanks"

"No problem"

"Right here's the sonograms and I'll see you at the weekend"

"Yep thank you"

"Bye"

"Bye"

We walked out of the hospital and headed straight to the bar.

"Hey Toni we have something for you"

"Oooh yay let me see"

"Here you go"

"*opens it up and reads the gender* Omg aaah I'm so excited"

"So you better go and get things for this reveal at the weekend"

"Yeah I'm going shopping"

"Seya"

"Bye guys"

Gender reveal day

I woke up and was immediately excited. Today was the day Jug and I were finding out if we were having a son or a daughter. We both didn't mind what the gender is but it is nice to know so we can but clothes and stuff and think of names.

We got up and got dressed. I was wearing a blue and pink top while Jug wore a blue shirt with a pink tie. We then headed to the wyrm.

We arrived at the wyrm to see Toni just finishing up setting everything.

"Hey guys are you excited"

"Yeah"

"Guests will start arriving in like 5-10 minutes so we have a little wait but I'm really excited for you."

"Thank you T "

And as Toni said the guests soon started coming in. After 15 minutes everyone had arrived so Jug and I did the rounds greeting everyone and seeing what they thought the baby was based on their outfits.

After we thanked everyone for coming and had little chats it was time to reveal the gender. We had a big black balloon to pop and then the coloured confetti would come out. Jug even tried peeking through the balloon but was unsuccessful of course.

"Betty, Jug you can pop the balloon in 3...2...1... POP!"

And on Toni's command we popped the balloon. There were cheers all round even people who thought it was the opposite gender. Jug and I were still in shock so we stood still until he turned to me.

"Betts we're having a son"

"I know Juggie"

"I love you and our son"

"I love you and our son"

*They kiss*

"Right guys food is at the back help yourselves"

And everyone headed to the food and piled up their paper plates. Jughead more than anyone closely followed by Betty.

"Betts you gonna eat all that"

"Yes Jughead I am a pregnant woman so I'm eating for two plus this baby is a Jones so he has the Jones appetite"

"That's not a thing"

"It is" Toni said who was next to us

"Hmm"

After the party we went home knowing our baby was a boy and now all we had to do think of names.
