Santana's POV
"You're really exaggerating" Dani laughed loudly making me smile like in every time when I hear her laugh
"I'm not exaggerating" I tried to say in a serious tone but her laugh made it impossible
"Then why can't I make my way from my room to the living room on my own?" She laughed while I helped her to rest on the couch
"Well... That's because I love you" I said pecking her lips and sitting next to her "Brody will come later to help us".
We need him to help us organize the baby's room
"Great" she smiled resting her head back "Did you talk to Britanny?" she quickly changed the subject
"Uhh... I did" I replied. Yesterday when I took Dani home from the hospital she told me Britt called me the night before "She's in New York"
"Aren't you going out to meet her then?"
"I don't know baby... I don't want to leave you home alone but I don't want you walking around either. You need to rest"
"You see? I told you you're exaggerating" she laughed "Baby I will be fine. I will come if you want me to and I will stay if you want to go alone. I'm pregnant not dying"
"I still don't want you this close to her" I mumbled kind of hoping she won't hear it although it's true. But she did...
After what happened the last time I can't take any chances, especially not now when she's pregnant.
"Then go by yourself. I trust you"
"I know you do" I smiled taking her hand and placing it close to my lips. I pressed my lips to her hand and then to her lips "You're amazing". She smiled and pecked my lips one more time
"Go, now" she laughed handing me my phone "Tell her you're on your way to meet her"
"Are you gonna be okay?"
"Yes, I'm a big girl San" she laughed "Call her!"

We decided to meet at the diner which I haven't been in for so long. I was sitting there, tapping the table with my fingers in nervousness, waiting for her to come.
I'm actually excited to see her again.. I should enjoy this.
"Sanny?" I heard her soft voice. I looked up and saw her standing there, smiling
"Britt. Oh my god, hi" I quickly stood up to hug her "How are you?"
"I'm great, you?"
"I'm good" I smiled
"How's Dani doing?". My heart started to bear fast when my wife's name slipped out of her mouth
"She's doing good" I answered
"I missed you" she sighed, sending her hand across the table to hold mine. I tensed up when our hands met, but after giving my hand a squeeze she let go of it
"I missed you too. I'm happy to see you"
"Sanny... I.. I have a boyfriend" she said smiling "I thought you would like to know"
"That's... amazing! I'm happy for you". Don't get me wrong, I'm happy she has a boyfriend and she's finally moving on with her life... But just now I realize, she really moved on. She doesn't love me as a girlfriend anymore.
I love Dani with all of my heart, but Britt was my first love and it hurts to know she's over it. So I guess this is how she felt..
I thought I was over her, but I guess I was wrong. It still hurts..
"Why are you so silent, Sanny?" She asked
"I'm just happy to see you".
I won't ever replace what I have with Dani for Britt. We're married, we're having a baby, I'm gonna spend the rest of my life with her and I'm happy about it.
"So..." Brittany said "You're a mommy now" she giggled making me smile
"Almost" I fixed her
"It's amazing how things changed since high school" she sighed lifting her face to look directly in my eyes, sending shivers down my spine. "I heard Quinn and Puck are around. They will be in NYC next week"
"Oh, really?" I got excited "We have to meet then. Dani will be happy to hear it"
"Go unholy trinity" she laughed bringing back our high school memories
"How long are you gonna stay in New York?"
"A few weeks. My boyfriend is joining me in two days, we're gonna spend some time together here"
"Great! Then you should come to my place, I'll call Quinn and Puck too"
"I would love that" she smiled

Dani's POV
I was knitting on the couch when a knock was being heard immediately making Lila bark like crazy
"Coming!" I yelled while I waddled to the door, picking Lila on the way.
"Good afternoon" Kurt smiled holding a bag in his hand
"Oh gosh, San sent you to watch me, didn't she?" I laughed making him room to enter the place then closing the door behind him
"I'm not saying anything to deny or confirm this story" he shrugged placing the bag on the kitchen counter
"What do you have in there?"
"Movies, ice cream and some new wool for you because I know you need it"
"You are right" I laughed leading him to the couch finally placing Lila down "Actually I'm up for some ice cream".
My phone in my pocket buzzed so I took it out to see I got a text from my brother
Dylan: I'm heading to the airport right now. See you in a few hours
Dani: I can't believe you're coming back. See you in a few hours. Love you
Dylan: Love you too Danz
